I also had very bad experience with this company.

One day I received a call from this company and they said that my number got selected from the raffle draw and I won gold coin(which is less than 1gram) and holiday voucher(3nights and 4days hotel stay voucher). So to collect these prizes, they requested me to attend one session with family in JW Marriott hotel, Deira. Once We went, they showed some of the holiday packages with offers in the session and asked us to take membership by paying 22000dh and they gave me the option to convert into 6 months installments by calling to the Bank and they agreed to reimburse the conversion charges as well. They said that, this offer is valid only today as they are celebrating 9th anniversary function. So we attracted for the offer and took the membership by paying 22000dh by credit card. All this happened on 05-03-2019. The next day we received a confirmation mail from the company regarding my membership. Membership details mail attached for your reference.

Later we googled about this company in the internet and so many negative reviews are there about this company. Majority of the people are saying that, this is a scam. So we directly visited their company next day to know whether this company exists or not. We visited and asked about the reviews. They told us, don't go with reviews and these negative comments are provided by competitor's to damage their business they said. They convinced us somehow and sent us back.

After few days, I sent a mail for reimbursing my conversion charges(converted 22000dh into 6 months installments) 462dh to them. They approved to reimburse my conversion charges in mail and they said it will take some time to issue the cheque. I was following up with them from 6 months with mails, Phone calls and I couldn't get my conversion charges from them. So I visited their office and told them to cancel my membership and asked them to return my money completely as I am not satisfied with their service. They suggested me to send a mail for cancellation and they said that, cancellation process will take 45 days to return my money.

On September 10th, I sent a mail for cancellation and waited for 45 days. Same mail attached for your reference. Now more than 60days completed and till now I couldn't get my money back. I am following up with them continuously and they are not at all taking seriously and keep delaying. I have spent so much valuable time and effort on this company to get my money back and I couldn't succeed finally.
