It's a Trap ! Don't get into loss and trouble ! You will be treated as laborer after you buy the machine!
I have purchased this product on May first week, until I make the payment they are good and sweet after the full payment, their attitude is entirely different. Ms. Jovitha a customer Representative acts as Front office executive gives a false information during inquiry. Their buyback option doesn't give you any profit at all. Their response after purchase is awful. The service person Mr Karthikeyan made us to beg literally for installation, he got angry for a delay of 15 min on the arrangement for basic installation requirement when he came to home for installation, got anger and returned shouting at us and without installing the machine, he later claimed to ask for apology through email for delaying the initial setup. I really felt ashamed before my family by his reaction. Later, I called him and begged with a crying tone for installation explaining him that I bought this machine by lending money with a lender at 3% interest rate per month.. Later he came and installed treating me like his laborer …
They don't even answer to the phone call in case of any doubt and when i went there for raw material ordering, explaining them as a general communication that "Mam, i have so much of doubts in making the process easy when ever required and the phone call is not being answered", Ms. Jovitha quietly responds saying that "We answer the phone call only when we wish to do it and not when ever you call, and do not expect a call back from us either as this is business and not the charity" I really shocked by her behavior. I went with my wife and i said, mam you committed during inquiry that "we provide all sort of support whenever required so don't worry" and you say different now. She simply responded, "Sir our office hours is over will you please leave the office now". I said " Mam you asked me to come after 6PM and now you asking your customer to go out of office, This not a right way to treat your customer" She responded " It is not mandatory to respond you after my office hours". Ashamed and left office with broken heart. Lost about 3 lakhs rupees. Got insulted before my family members, Mr Karthikeyan and Ms Jovitha treats me to the worst. I could not explain my situation through words, you will surely feel them once you enrolled into this business even after reading this review.
I beg not to be a part of this business, the same machine is available in the market at lesser 70% of this cost and the raw material is available at 20% less than their actual cost of 50K.
With the basic calculation we did after the delivery of the raw material, one sheet weighs about 2.25 gms, which inturn 4 sheets per Kg, so the for 1 ton there will be around 4000 sheets as per the basic calculation. From 1 sheet you shall make about 12rs revenue with the best match of combination in cutting as per their advice, so from 4000 sheets you shall only generate money of 48000 rs against the raw material cost of 50000 Rs. We even loose 2000 rs for 1 ton even after putting so much of our production efforts... As per their commitment during inquiry, one shall make a min of 7000 to 10000 rs profit per ton which is all false.
When i weighed about 5 sheets the weight of the sheet comes to an average of 2.15 gms so ideally the no.. of sheets would be approximately 4200 to 4300 pcs. So, please do not fall into this trap. Their buy back commitment is make you to buy the machine, once your understand the real scenario after buying the machine you will conditionally be pushed to look for outside market and raw material sourcing, for which you shall very well approach the out side market for buying the machine and raw material price with lesser price and look for retail market for sales...

I ordered a product from their website on the 8th. After 9 days of no communication I contacted them to find out about the shipment, at that time I was informed that the product was backordered and would not be delivered until the end of the month. There was no way to communicate directly with them since they do not post their telephone # on their site.

I contacted them after the product was received and it did not look like the product on the site. I was completely disappointed with their service in dealing with this transaction.

The item shown on their site was a TOTALLY different item from the description (which was a generic description).

Basically, a 16 x 16 CORRUGATED WHITE pizza box was shown, and the description simply said "white pizza box".

So, we ordered the box expecting to get what was shown in the photo. What we got was a TOTALLY different item. We received a flimsy white chipboard pizza box that we couldn't use.

When we asked for them to give us what was shown in the photo, or take back what we had received. We were told that "they use stock photos and don't guarantee that what you get is what is shown in the photo, AND we would have to pay for the shipping and a 25% restocking fee to return the item!

So...basically, it was the same as showing a photo of a cadillac car, advertising "car" in the description, and shipping the customer a Yugo, and saying "there you go!".

And then, ORDER FROM SOMEONE ELSE!

I order two 46oz clearvu soap dispensers code IMP9345 for $21.50 a piece. The item stated they would work with different types of soaps including lotion soaps. When my items arrived the product code was 9346 and tape on item was foam soap only. I called the company and was questioned on how did know because both products look alike. I was also told the instruction paper that said items 9330 and 9346 are the instructions they use. I did try the product as instructed and it did not work. I was told they would call me back in a day. after a week I called back, I was placed on hold 2x for 15 min each. The item 9346 was also cheaper costing $18.30. It was clear they did not want to refund my money so they came up with a line that the products are exactly the same and descriptions on there site are mixed up. They decided to refund me the difference of the items after I mentioned a cost difference. I am just glad I didn't purchase the bulk amount I wanted.
