Rehab Medical review: Incorrect size wheelchair recieved

Wheelchair delivered for my daughter, armrest too short to use, cushion too tall , ordered new armrest and cushion. almost month later we have proper products to try out wheelchair, tryed wheelchair, realize its way too small, called Rehab to inform the chair is too small, was told salesman was on vacation, Salesman came 2 weeks later, lied on his report saying my daughter conversed an ok with him, my daughter is special needs and does not make decisions, Jason just wanted to back up his measurements because otherwise its a failure on him, I excused Jason from my home, that was friday late and Monday morning called for a wheelchair pickup only to be we missed the pickup date ? we just got the chair in working order due to wrong parts. needless to say my daughter has an expensive wheelchair that she can't use because its a little childs chair and my daughter is 25 and too big for it and I have filed a claim with Medicare, DO NOT USE THIS CO. if you do make sure they bring paperwork instead of shoving a device in your face
