I have contacted Evony's customer service via mobile. I have complained and sent screen's of the manner in which players bully, sexually harass, and the unfair charges as well as the issues with not receiving proper rewards for the purchases. I also have mentioned to them the matter of services not working properly and the effects it has on the player. For instance, I was stuck in one area and according to Evony I was not able to transport from one area to the other because I did not meet the requirements of being under keep level 6, and within three days of creating an account. I met both requirements. I was under keep level 6 and was only one day with a new account. Furthermore, there is no accountability or customer service does not penalize offending players who sexually harass women or who use derogatory terms to harass and taunt players. When a player reports it to CS is it either ignored or dismissed. They also have excused such behavior under the pretense that it is a war game. In one of the complaints, a player admits that he is perverted. He is reported to his leader and also to another player none returned a response with the exception of the offender. He was callous in his response and continued to send mail. The reason why he was scouting me was for the same reason he would look under my skirt. This is sickening. This has occurred in servers 40 and 49. I have numerous screen shots and I am asking Evony to provide a full refund on all accounts as I have had to create 5 accounts every time an account is lost or I am unable to get access. This is ridiculous and humiliating. Such a game should reimburse the player in full. The players harass and taunt others that the person speaks to them in the form that you will read in the below photos.
