April 19, took my mother in to ER as she has dementia and she seemed to have lost all strength, couldn’t get up couldn’t walk without assistance, more confused than normal, we got there at 12:30pm and we sat in the waiting area for 11 hours, my mother is 76 years old, she hadn’t ate or slept that whole time, when I approached them after 9 hours she said oh there’s just two people that are a head of you, they then called in people that were there after us, as I said 11 hours later we finally got in! There was also a elderly lady that came in a few hours after us with a note from her doctor that said she had an appendicitides and needed to be admitted upon arrival, well she was still sitting there when we went in, so I would say she was there 8 hours when I was there without been seen by a doctor!

Leon From RD Stucco supplied a quote for $14, 590.00 to stucco my house. The quote says "a complete stucco system". They worked on my house for 3 weeks and only completed 75% of the job. He then said he needed to increase to quote to $21, 431.00. I refused to pay the increase so he put a lien on my house and sued me for $9, 976.65. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I hired Leon Cerenzie to make stucco repairs on my house. I had him give me an estimate for the repairs which came to $600.00. I gave him the go ahead and he came out to make the repairs. After he started the worked he told me that he would need another $200.00 and he would guarantee the work which I found a bit odd after he already gave me an estimate base on what he thought would be necessary to complete the job. I foolishly agreed to his scam and he completed the work. The colour match was way off but I paid him any way.

This spring I noticed that the stucco Leon applied to my home was starting to fall off. Since he guaranteed the work thought it would be no problem to have it taken care of. I certainly was not expecting what happened when I called Leon Cerenzie. I called him and told him what happened to the so called stucco he put on may house, he said he would come out and have a look at it. I waited for three weeks and not eve a phone call from Leon. I called and asked him why I hadn't heard from him and he hung up the phone in my ear, very rude and disrespectful I thought, I called him back and he would not answer his phone, tried calling him over the next several days and he still would not answer his phone. Leon is a child living in a grown up world accepting no responsibility for his actions. His business license should be pulled. His guarantee means nothing and his word even less. This man will never be allowed on my property again.

Was buying a house from Leon Cerenzie, did the paper work with a lawyer in Red Deer, terms were that I had one year to sell my home, but after 11 months I was not able to sell my home, the deal was that if I could not sell my house before the year, I would pay $1000 a month for the time that I lived in the house. I gave the lawyer a check for 100, 000.00. When I moved out of the house, I went to that same lawyer, and she tried to get my $89, 000.00 back, he said he had spent it.. I am a senior and a widow. I have paid lawyers to fight this to get my $89, 000.00 back, Leon Cerenzie refuses to pay it back. I have no money left, and cannot afford to pay a lawyer anymore. I am broke HE IS A HORRIBLE MAN!
