Absolutely a terrific job! Worked hard and very efficiently. Richard and Christina have high standards and they proved that by the quality of the finished work. The price might seem high to those who have just used pressure hosing. Orange Lion uses a power circular brush to get the cleaning solution to the heart of the problem. Cleanup is thorough.

Over the summer I had OLPS clean & polish gutters, roof moss removal, and power wash the driveway. It was a large job undertaken during the hottest part of the summer. Richard, and his team, were consummate professionals in every respect. I received a competitive quote, understood the scope of the work to be completed, and very good communication. They obviously take pride in what they do. I recommend them highly and would not hesitate to hire this company again.

OLPS did a fantastic job on our property. They cleaned our 15 year old metal roof (which now looks like new), gutters, 2 large wood decks one which has attached exposed aggregate pad, 2 brick walkways plus resanding, and a cement pad. They were extremely pleasant, very thorough, removed and replaced anything that needed shifting in order for them to clean. Both my neighbors had their roofs and other things done with very positive results. I would definitely recommend OLPS without hesitation.

Richard and Christina came to us highly recommended by a neighbour. They spend two days de-mossing our house and garage roofs, pressure cleaning our front and back walkways, long driveway and interlocking brick patio as well as repairing some bricks and re-sanding the whole area. Everything is clean and bright...looks like new! Our gardener is here today and is VERY impressed with the wonderful job. He said that he often sees debris splattered all over the plants, lawns, fences and buildings as well as lines from the pressure washer hose. He said they did a fantastic job. We think so too. Richard and Christina, did stellar service sprucing up our "gettin' a little worse for wear" home on Admirals Rd. After a first look see, and a very reasonable quote that was accepted, they arrived at the chosen time and went to work. I had a couple of extras that needed attention and Richard was most open to the additions and quoted accordingly. I worked in the service industry before retirement and am a fussy old bugger for details...not a problem with these guys, every thing they did was done in an exemplary manner with no grounds for complaint. The roof was demossed and treated, gutterguards were removed and a thorough cleaning done , the driveway pavers were painstakingly pressure washed and new anti ant and moss sand applied. the entire house was carefully washed and windows done without a spot! The cedar fence that was pressure washed and scrubbed looked brand new. In short, if your home or business requires a detailed clean up in the scope of "Orange Lion Property Services", do not hesitate to call them. Thanks again, Dave

Orange Lion Property Services did an outstanding job, here in Sidney, cleaning our front driveway (block construction) and our back patio concrete slab. Both had a number of years of moss and organic growth, which had proved impossible to remove by our efforts. Christina worked tirelessly for five hours using special cleaning fluid (safe for the environment), scrubbing and washing until all the surfaces were totally clean and looked as good as new. The seams between the driveway blocks were then infilled with high quality sand, which will ensure the surface remains clean and free from contamination for a long time ahead. She also did a fantastic job cleaning the bricks and blocks surrounding the raised flower beds in the back yard, which had thick moss growing on many areas of their surfaces. The price for this amazing work was very reasonable and we strongly recommend this company to everyone who needs similar outside cleaning done at this time. Vivien and Brian
