Red Cap Plumbing & Air review: Fear tactics

I've used Red Cap for years. I'm opening a new business and have 3 systems. It seemed two were not putting out cold air. Red Cap came and the the guy said I needed some repairs on one and major on another, which I should really replace. He scared me into getting one done and adding unnecessary updates. I got a second opinion and he said I didn't need those first repairs or to repair or replace the second one. I've called to speak to a supervisor but no one is calling me back. I'm canceling my membership. I think they've changed their policies to give their people bonuses for sales. Disappointing!
