This is one useless site and is certainly a ripoff. After paying the $29.95 and logging on, it only took one minute to see that no information was available. Only information that I have entered on free sites was found. Please don't waste your money!

I paid 20 bucks for a one year membership from this site. I was trying to do a background check on someone, and had their information, but there was no where on the site to put the criteria. I came up with no information. I asked for a refund and and now being ignored by the company. Big piece of crap.

I paid my $ and have put in 5 people searches and have found NOTHING. I tried several searches of people I know info on and still NOTHING. This site is a FRAUD.

I just join this company so i could access to some records for my mom, in order to get her in a assiting living. i paid 39.00 dollar on my credit card. please help me get this strighten out. The company won't reply to my correspondance.

Payed $39.94 to register in Records.Area.com by credit card. The 'sign-in' site appears, but it only connects to an error page, saying the site is not-available. Cannot even connect to Customer Service to cancel service or be reimbursed.

This site is a SCAM. You pay money for a lifetime membership & never get access of any kind. Once you put your bank/credit card info. in the site goes down. When you try to go back into the website, it states address can't be found.

My credit card better be credited the amount that I was scammed out of for this
phony service by the end of business on Monday or litigation will commence on
Tuesday. Being an attorney, I will enjoy prosecuting all parties involved.

This site is a scam ABSOLUTELY NO INFORMATION IS GIVEN OF ANY KIND. I even tried looking for my phone number and no records were found and my number is listed! DO NOT BUY.

Made an initial querie that came back as info available. To access the material required joining for approx $40. After doing so in good faith the supposed info was now non exixtant. This to me was a misleading pile of crap. A scam for a sucker which unfortuneately was me. Buyer beware!

Put in informaton of parents, born in the 1900s' and came back and said no information found.

This is after I paid the membership fee.

Needs to be a better business bureau for internet companies that promise products, but in the long run, does not have the resources to provide.

I paid 29.95 for information on court cases. It not only did not show any for the person/persons I was looking for (they are repeat felons), it also led me to other web sites that want more money. I asked for a full refund, and have yet to hear from them.

Don't waste your money or time! I sure hope everyone reads this first before even thinking about paying the money. Even a dollar would be too much for the lack of information.

I paid for a 1 year access to this website on [protected] and tried every day to get on to the site . I can not enter the page . there's always something wrong with the site so I can't get on it. I have contacted them to return my money and I haven't heard from them.

I paid $29.95 and can find nothing for free. If I want to look up someone, I need to pay another fee. This website is useless! I feel cheated, plus I am out almost $30.00. I see others feel the same way! We should be able to get a refund!

No support and not having information as stated they did, free sites give the same information. Wasted $39.94 and no way to contact for refund. I can not even get back on to the site to log in, throws me off as not available.

it was suppose to be a one month to take from my account., they have been taking every for 6 months., i tried to email them., they dont have a phone number to call them., they should have someone to take their business off the site., like flagged it for others to not to go on their website.

This program just don't work. All the jazz of helping you to track a dead beat is bull. It just sends you to a public site and you get nothing.. For a $39.99 fee gets you ripped off. The email site that you try to access is fake. STAY AWAY

FOR A CHARGE OF $19.95 I WAS SUPPOSED TO ACCESS, CRIMINAL, PERSONAL RECORDS...WHEN I PUT A NAME IN IT REFERS ME TO ANOTHER AREA...FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE...I HAVE ASKED THEM TO CREDIT MY DISCOVER CARD...AND THEY KEEP SENDING ME UPGRADE EMAILS, WHICH DO NOT WORK.

After paying $29.95 no information was available. How can a site be allowed to do this? After realizing I had been ripped off, I started looking for complaints and found plenty of them.

Paid for 1 year unlimited membership $74.59. Once payment accepted, you cannot access date base via any link they provide - says, "Website not found."

I cant find any family memeber or friend i want to cancell my membershipand i want a refund or i will take u guys to court!

advertising, find your records, all catagories . false info. provides absoulutely nothing!, its all bull crap!

I just joined records area. com and i have not been able to find out a thing about an american living in Ireland at this time. Any help on how to get my money back and do i need to cancel my credit card?

I paid my money in hopes of researching some individuals, they promised access to all types of records. I could not find myself, my son, my father in any of their searches. COMPLETE RIP-OFF, and they offer no easy access to cancell your account. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM!

I got a membership that was suppose to research your ancestors and it does ABSOLUTELY nothing. Everytime you enter a name it comes up no name found. No MATCHES. now they will not refund my money.

They provide absolutely nothing and do not return emails, nor refund your money. Will sending all these complaints do any good or are we spinning our wheels

This website provided fraudulent upfront information but after paying for details, the info disappeared, and none was provided.

Have today purchased access to records.com. Impossible for me (A computer semi - literate) to access.

if you join your supposed to be able to pull up records. it does not work its a complete ripoff.

It would not except none of the passwords i entered.
