Recent Repair / Renewal Done of my Vehicle JPM4924 by Johor BBU, Malaysia Perodua Workshop. review: Damage repair / renewal.

Dear Sirs / Madam,

This is to inform your office that I am proceeding to take the matter to legal stand as after paid up nearly RM8,000 since January 2023 which include servicing, repair / renew parts of the damaged areas and I have not issued with any warranty after the expensive repair / renewal poor workmanship carried out by Perodua JB 1 Workshop whereby my vehicle suffered severe and detrimental issues of poor workmanship and poor repair carried out since 28 February 2023 to 08 March 2023.

Matter is grievious and I hereby call upon the CEO of PERODUA HEAD OFFICE in KL to have a face to face meeting in presence of my appointed lawyer as soon as possible after my London trip end. I also hereby instruct my appointed lawyer to go through the photographic evidences and document of payment to review and brought up the matter in civil court to pursue the matter against PERODUA.

It has been caught in my attention severely that the dishonest interacted employees of PERODUA JB 1 WORKSHOP has continued inflating the aftermath poor workmanship, detrimental costly repair/renewal which resulting only further threatening the vehicle roadworthy safe driving. I will be compelled to further take action against the dishonest interacted employees of Perodua JB 1 Workshop which operates on gangster attitude.

As the Perodua JB 1 Workshop interacted employees has threatened my vehicle safe repair/renewal I am instructing to my appointed lawyer to commence to pursue the matter in legal stand without delays. I will not hesitate to take further action against PERODUA in my capacity with all my resources and I call upon the PERODUA top management to be informed and made aware of PERODUA JB 1 WORKSHOP operates on gangster attitude and revenge attitude of interacted employees which is my deepest concern.
