So, I gotta say, RCG.se is a real piece of work. I mean, they straight up stole my cash, all because they said my flight was cancelled. But get this, it wasn't even cancelled! They just took my money and ran. I forked over a pretty penny for nothing, and now I'm left high and dry. Don't trust these guys, they're nothing but a bunch of crooks.

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with RCG.se. I thought I was being smart by buying a return ticket and paying extra to have the flexibility to change it later. But when I called to make a change, the person who answered was super rude and impolite. They told me I could only change my ticket before my first flight, which totally defeats the purpose of paying for a flexible flight in the first place. I feel like I got scammed out of almost 800 kr. Not cool, RCG.se. Definitely wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I gotta say, RCG.se is not the best website to book your flights. I mean, I wouldn't even give them a star, but since I have to, I'll give them one. I had a really bad experience with them when I booked a flight with Airindia through their website. Unfortunately, Airindia cancelled their service from ARN and told me that I could get a full refund. So, I contacted RCG.se to get my refund, but they haven't given me any answer on when they will issue it or if it's even being processed. It's been a whole year and they still haven't resolved the issue. It's really frustrating and their service is just pathetic. I wouldn't recommend using RCG.se for your travel needs.

I attempted to cancel my ticket by calling their customer service line, but was directed to a form on their website. After filling out the form, I was disappointed to see that the message read "no refund." I decided to call their customer service line again and selected the option for "other questions." To my surprise, the person who answered was extremely rude and told me that I needed to call them to cancel my ticket. This was confusing because I had already called them and their phone menu had directed me to their website.

To make matters worse, RCG.se is now refusing to give me a refund, even though I purchased a Flexi Plus ticket that clearly states that I am entitled to a full refund. It's frustrating that there is no visible information on their website indicating that you need to call to cancel a Flexi Plus ticket. It feels like a total scam.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience with RCG.se. Their customer service was unhelpful and rude, and their refund policy is misleading. I would not recommend using their services.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend using RCG.se or booking with Finnair. It was a complete waste of my time and effort trying to contact them. In the end, I didn't get any of my money refunded, and I have no idea who benefited from the situation. It was a real shame.

If you're looking for a reliable travel site and airline, I suggest looking elsewhere. Don't make the same mistake I did.

I had a really bad experience with RCG.se. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. My flight got canceled by the airline and I had to call the agency for help. It took me 1,5 hours to get through to someone. Even though it was the airline who canceled the flight, I had to pay 40 euro extra to rebook the flight. I couldn't even choose the date, it had to be the closest date to when I had the tickets. If I asked for a refund, I would have to pay 40 euro per ticket. That's a lot of money!

To make matters worse, our flight back was changed without us being informed. It was supposed to be at 5pm and it got changed to 11am. We only found out when we got a text message two hours before the plane was supposed to take off. We nearly missed the flight! It was a really stressful experience.

Overall, I had a terrible experience with RCG.se. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. The customer service was slow and unhelpful, and the extra fees for rebooking were ridiculous. The lack of communication about flight changes was also really frustrating. I hope they can improve their service in the future, but for now, I would advise people to book their flights elsewhere.

Warning! Do not book through RCG! I was just scammed three times. I booked a trip through RCG with Polish Airlines. The flight was cancelled and a new time was presented. When I called to approve and get confirmation of the new time, they wanted about 400 SEK to do this. So either you lose the whole ticket or you pay extra to confirm the new time. This is not me cancelling, but the airline cancelling the trip and presenting a new time, but I still have to pay the cost because I did not buy a "support package". RCG is a joke and deceives its customers. The person I spoke with, DIBROMIN STANKA, was extremely unprofessional and his tone sounded like he was threatening that either you lose the whole ticket or you pay for us to move you to the new flight and says that even if you call the airline itself, they cannot do anything because you booked through us. I called the airline itself, LOT Polish Airlines, and it took 5 minutes and they booked me on the new time without any costs at all. So never book with RCG!
