and unprofessional behavior. On top of that, the amenities promised on the website are not up to par and the overall condition of the complex is subpar. I would not recommend Vistaky to anyone looking for a peaceful and respectful living environment. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

I rented a property from Vistaky in August 2020 when I moved back to the USA. I was happy with the property and paid my rent up to July 31. However, I had to leave the lease on July 9th instead of August 31 as I bought a house. New tenants moved in the last week of July, which was great news for me as I would not have to pay the August rent if the property was rented out.

But to my surprise, Vistaky tried to keep my deposit and charge me for additional rent that the new tenants were paying, which was $20 more than my rent. I was shocked and confused as I had paid my rent up to July 31 and the property was rented out before August. I did not understand why I should be held responsible for the August rent.

I did some research and found out that according to the laws in Kentucky, there is no double dipping on rent. If a property manager rents a vacated property out, then no additional rent is due, and any days that the new tenants moved in on the old tenant's paid rent is refunded to the old tenant. I was relieved to know that I was not responsible for the August rent and that Vistaky was not following the law.

I tried to reason with Vistaky, but they were not willing to listen to me. They insisted that I had to pay the additional rent and that they would keep my deposit. I was frustrated and disappointed with their behavior.

Despite all this, I must say that the property was in good condition when I left it. I had taken good care of it, and there were no charges for repairs or cleaning at the end of the lease.

In conclusion, I would not recommend Vistaky to anyone. They do not follow the law and are not willing to listen to their tenants. It was a bad experience for me, and I hope that others do not have to go through the same.

I had a bit of a run-in with Vistaky recently, and let me tell you, it was not a pleasant experience. I had to file a small claims case against them, and in order to do so, I had to call up the secretary of state to get the process agent for the company. Now, I don't know about you, but I had never heard of a process agent before, so that was a bit of a learning curve for me.

Anyway, I finally got the name and address of the process agent, but when I sent out the notice, it was returned to me because the guy in Lexington never bothered to pick it up. So I had to send it out again, this time with the sheriff, and to the office itself. But when the court date came around, no one from Vistaky showed up. So the judge heard my side of the story and awarded me my deposit and the cost of filing the small claims case.

But that wasn't the end of it. I had to wait ten whole days for Vistaky to pay the court, and even then, they didn't pay me right away. I had to call up the small claims court to see if they had paid, and of course, they hadn't. So I had to make contact with them myself.

I left a message telling them that they needed to pay up or I would have to garnish their bank account or put a lien on their property. They called me back, all apologetic, saying they were trying to pay and that they had made arrangements to do so on Monday. I'm not holding my breath, though. We'll see if they actually follow through or if they're just buying time.

All in all, I wouldn't recommend Vistaky to anyone. They seem to be pretty disorganized and unprofessional, and I wouldn't want anyone else to have to go through what I did.
