i purchased an engine from this company, the engine did not meet my expectations and was sold to me under false pretenses. these remanufactured engines from EVERY company that builds them comes complete and fully assembled.this engine after 7 weeks waiting on it came complete BUT WITH A PILE OF LOOSE PARTS WITH STICKY NOTES ON THEM! after a couple phone calls with GREG MAHONEY he suggested i return the engine for a full refund. he has had the engine back at his facility in the exact condition he sent it in and agreed to honor the refund. i have several emails i can provide that state this. it has been since november of 2016 since he agreed to send the refund and i havent seen it yet! i will wait to hear from the BBB before i file a lawsuit. this is for the RAPTOR ENGINES alias of this company, which i'm finding out has several names

Raptor Engines Is a complete scam. I purchased a 383 stroker engine from his company. However, before he shipped the unit I reviewed the warranty very closely to discover he had attempted to slip in a different version before delivery of the engine. It contained misspelled words, and wrong abbreviations, by far it was not a good faith warranty. I rewrote and corrected the warranty that created a good faith warranty between 1 buyer and 1 seller. I'm glad I did too. 2 1/2 hours into the break the engine had a catastrophic failure. Later we discovered the engine was not properly bored and the piston skirts were rubbing too hard against the cylinder walls. Here's the part that shows just how sorry this company and its owner are; we notified Greg Mahoney before installing the engine and told him the engine was too hard to turn over by hand and something was not right. He instructed my mechanic to put in Royal Purple Break-in oil and it would be fine. It was for 2.5 hours. I could go on and on about this guy and the [censored]hole company he has. I'm saving that for the court to hear. Don't waste your time trying to send him a certified letter as he will not bother to pick up mail as if that going to prevent him from being served his notice to appear .
