Randburg Traffic Department "Braam Fischer Drive" review: Driver's license corruption

On the 31st May 2022 I went to Randburg Traffic Department "Braam Fischer Drive" to collect my Driver License after I did the renewal on 28th February2022.

When I got the Official took my collection slip but came back and said the system says my card was collect on the 13th May 2022 already, so I asked how possible is that when I'm still in possession of the collection slip, they insisted maybe I sent someone and I responded to say I never sent anyone.

That is when I requested them to show me an Affidavit and Copy of ID for the person who collected and they came up with stories. Even the Supervisor was not helpful but rather told me to come back next morning on 01 June 2022 when the Official that issued my card is at work... I requested to go through the boxes with them and check for myself which they did and I could not my card.

I came back following morning 01 June 2022. When I got there an Official took my Collection Slip again and did not return but instead another official came back with my card but refuses that I should sign acknowledgement of receipt with the date I am now getting my card not the one their system says and he refuses and gives me stories about errors for it. When I asked for his name I realized he is the one that issued out my card on the 13th May 2022. So I asked for the other official that took my collection slip first and asked where he found the card as yesterday I was even invited to the file room so they can show me the card is not there. He then says he found in laying in the bottom of the box but he is not aware yesterday we checked all three box three times as he was not also at work yesterday.

There is serious Driver's License Card corruption happening at that department.
