I have a billing issue that I have tried to resolve with the hotel but they will not reply to my emails.
I have sent two mails and got no response. first mail on sept 28 2022 then second 8th Oct 2022 no repose.
My stay was 11/07/2022 untill 28/07/2022 I was charged at hotel
TL 18,433.82 but when I received my credit card statement it was over £200 more
at £1,143.04 which even with exchange rate is too much.
could you please look into this and try and get an answer from the hotel.
