Rakuten review: No pay back on anything lately

In the past year I have made reservations to hotels, parking lots, purchased from Macy's, Dick's sporting goods, Select Blinds, Cosmos travel and many more that I have not received any pay back on. I cannot communicate this anywhere on your regular website. I feel I have lost hundreds of dollars. I have always been missing pay backs, but they were minimal until this year. I have contacted you in the past and have not received any communication from you. Please respond. I don't know if I still have the dates of purchase to even give to you.
