Good morning
I am still having problems with my fridge and seems to be getting worse. My stuff still spoils before the sell by dates etc. and i am always throwing stuff out weekly. I have written to you many times and your technicians attend to the problems, if my memory serves me correct your technician last attended to a problem in Mar/Apr last year and after a while the problems started all over again.The most recent problem I am having is its leaking. I paid almost R10.000-00 for this fridge and its been problematic. I am very disappointed at the moment.
Please advise.

Its been over a month now that Charles tested the temperature off the fridge and I am still awaiting reponse from defy regarding the outcome. My fridge is still problematic.

Good morning all
I have an ongoing problem with Defy. I am disappointed with Defy products and the shabby services that I receive time and time again. All your job cards are proof.
I had a problem with my 1st double door fridge, after 3 months off use my food was spoiling even before the expiry date, it was repaired, same problem and then that fridge was discontinued.
I then paid R570.00 for an exchange service unit. I now once again have a problem and its almost 2 weeks now that I dont have a new fridge that works and half of my perishables had to be thrown away. (Technician had to order part, part was wrong, when my husband phoned they said job card was closed, technician installed new part fridge still not working.
Please uplift your fridge and refund me my money it seems that I will continue having endless problems with your products.
I have a Kelvinator for the almost 25yrs and a LG for over 10 years and both never gave me a problem and still works, strange but true.
I supported local, but local is not lekker.
I am sure I am not the only person who is having problems with your products.
I will not recommend any off my family or friends to purchase Defy products.

My 2nd new fridge which was a service exhange unit which I had paid an additional R570.00 in March 2015 started making a funny sound over the weekend, I had a call from my son just now saying that all my contents are defrosting.
