I don't have a problem with the product, I have a problem with the lies and false and misleading sales techniques they use to con you into buying their vacum. In 2/2020 I had a demo in my home of the Rainbow vacum system. I was told if I wanted to keep it I could do their Go4It Program to pay for it. Doing the program meant I signed up for their loan to pay for the vacum, then I would line up and attend 8 demos, with at least 2 people keeping the vacum and complete the whole program within 180 days. The first 6 shows had to be completed within the first 45 days. Normally you are required to complete 12 demos but they had a promotion going that the first 4 demos were counted as double, so I only had to complete 8 total. Before I reached my 45 days covid set in and everything shut down including Rainbow. By this time I had completed 5 demos with 3 people buying one. We received a text msg that everyone would be allowed extra time to complete program because of covid. Once Rainbow opened up again in June 2020 I got to work and completed my other 3 demos. The first one was done within 1 week of them re-opening. So I still completed my program within the 180 days and had 3 sales. But I was told that 3 of my demos didn't qualify for various reasons, but they would allow me to replace them by a certain date. I met that deadline as well. Two actually had to be replaced and one I had to provide couple's ID to verify their age. So I ended up doing a total of 11 shows within allotted time to complete my program. Well once again, Rainbow came up with excuses as to why I actually didn't complete the program. First it was I didn't complete my first 6 within 45 days. I had to remind them they shut down before I reached my 45 days but I did complete the 6 within the extra time they allotted. The next excuse was I only did 11 demos. I had to remind them I only needed to complete 8 because of their promo at the time. They continued to come up with excuses and I got tired of arguing with them over e-mail and decided it was time to go legal.

Desired outcome: I want to be paid as promised so I can pay off their loan and given all the attachments I am entitled to.
