I have been paying my monthly Rain Wifi subscription to date but i am currently experiencing huge problems in terms of customer serice and service delivery. I have been struggling to connect to the internet which I paid in advance for from Rain Wifi. I have no signal at all and have tried all of the troubleshooting methods that I was advised to try and it all failed. This has been going on for 2 weeks now and none of the so called level 2 support guys have contacted me. I have been calling Rain for 2 weeks now and they cannot assist me. all that they can do is to logg a ticket for me and i have to wait for a call from them. It has been 2 weeks now and still no call. I have never seen such incompetence in my life. Im working from home using my internet and I cannot work now because I trusted Rain Wifi as an internet service provider.

Desired outcome: I would like Rain to sort out my problem immediately or pay back the money that I have paid.
