Rain Bad service

I have cancelled this contract a while ago and now Rain has handed me over and I have received demands for payment. They do not listen when you cancel your services with them and it took them more than a year to collect the router from my place. The router was switched off in all that time and I did not use the data and according to there advertising its a month to month contract- no payment no data so I am not sure where they got the amount which they claim I owe them.

Last month I cancelled my Rain Subscription. However I still get invoices that I owe them R1 058. I don't understand why must I pay because it was cancelled and I even got confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled. Please arrange to come and collect the equipment. What is the R529 that I must pay for? How long does the subscription take to cancel?

Rain Wi-Fi

Good day,

I received a sim card from RAIN on Sunday paid my subscription immediately and then registered, I needed to ficca the sim card, which I did on Monday morning early, I still don't have working Wi-Fi after countless phone calls and the task being escalated to top priority at least 3 times! The whole process is supposed to only take 24hrs, it's now been 4 days and no one can tell me when my Wi-Fi will be connected! Pathetic service!

Good day,

Where to start ?

I wouldn't recommend Rain to anyone. I placed an order for the 4G sim two weeks ago !

After calling multiple times, I have received absolutely noting, not even answers regarding this issue.

Every time I explain the situation to customer care you guys say you will contact me back, but then do nothing about it.

Your service is unprofessional, unacceptable an may I just say down right ridiculous.

I have been very calm and patient with you guys, even after two weeks of crappy service.

If anyone is reading comments, wondering if Rain is a good option-THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT !

Rain No service at all

I am still waiting for rain to cancel my subscription and to date I have not received a call or correspondence after I spoke to one of their agents by the name of Nthombi and I requested cancellation and she issued me with a reference number [protected] for my cancellation request at the end of November. I logged into my rain account to request cancellation as well after I was assured by the agent that she logged a cancellation request on my behalf and to date nothing has happened. I don't need your services anymore and I will not be held liable for fees after I requested cancellation.
