Rain Internet Company review: Complaint

My name is David Phakathi I have an account with Rain internet company in South Africa. My problem is, my internet was on debit order all along so then last month I lost the bank card so it happened to have a new card so my debit order was cancelled, then last month I called rain they created a link for me to make the payment so this month I paid again using the same link for last month. yesterday morning the internet was off, I called Rain from yesterday still now don't seem to get help the consultants are just not helpfully to me, please help. my number is [protected]
