Rain Consultant review: Rain service provider

I've never been so humiliated and belittled by the Rain Consultant. I received a call from Warren Loopes regarding a ticket that I logged regarding my internet connection. The consultant was rude, cheeky, sarcastic and just did care about my query. The consultant went to an extent of blatantly laughing at me instead of offering assistance to resolve my queries. He even suggested that I cancel my subscription and move else where.

The service I received, ridiculous and disgusting to see the list. I'm certain I'm not the only customer he had spoken to in that manner, arrogant and rude. Such people should not be interacting with customer. No respect for customers at all. I hope something will be done about such disgusting service. Call Ref No. 5532637 he provided me.
