The Raiffeisen Bank refuses to cooperate with United States Banks attempts to recall wire transfers .They were notified of a motor vehicle scam taking place in the USA where individuals wired money to there bank to purchase motor vehicles that they then never received.There have been other fraudulent incidences involving international wire transfers to the Raiffeisen Bank so public beware of doing business transactions that involves this bank, they seem to favor criminals.

Je voudrais signaler des faits relatifs à la cybercriminalité
Le 18 Mars 2009 ma banque (Raiffeisenbank) m'a dit qu'il etait un achat dans LITERIE CENTRALE par ma carte de crédit VISA RAIFFEISENBANK.
D’autre part, directeur de l’entreprise LITERIE CENTRALE m’a ecrit qu’ils n’avait retrouvé dans leur comptabilité aucune facture au nom de GULNEV Andrey. J'ai écrit a Raiffeisenbank ce qu’il n’yavait pas aucune transaction de mon nom de la part de cette enterprise.
RAIFFEISENBANK RUSSIE m’a refuse de me renvoyer EUR 2900, parce qu’il m’a dit que banque-acquereur (Crédit Industriel et Commercial) a reçu cet argent (EURO 2900).
