QuickNClean Car Wash review: I need a refund for the last four months of 16.95 charges

This car wash in Allen, TX is charging my debit card monthly for something that was never ever signed up for!

I went into the car wash in Allen, TX in November. The rep said he accidentally set me up for monthly and I was adamant that I did not want the monthly (which I had previously had and it was a wasted value for me). I even spoke to the manager — who gave me a free car wash and promised it would be canceled but NOW I see on my account that I was charged 16.95 Feb 18th, Jan 18th, Dec 20th, and Nov 18th. I am so frustrated. I tried calling the # online and it says "voicemail box full"

I think they are committing fraud and signing people up monthly without their knowledge.
