Dear Sir/Madam,

We are a company and client for Etisalat since March 2021. I really regret to be a client for them. I don’t know how you keep them working for you up till now. Please read my story and I will be say it in brief as much as possible;

Our company wanted to shift from old office no:30C16 to a new office no:17C05 in the same building on 1st of August 2022, So we requested external shifting to Etisalat team to do the needful on 25th July 2022 and even we went to Etisalat branch 7 days continuously from 27th July 2022 but in the middle of the process, the agent said there is a technical error in our sever and they sent technician to our office to troubleshoot the error and the technician told us that he can not do anything and its a problem of Etisalat back office. then I called them and they said that they are working on our order and it will be done within 2 days and and now its 15 days we do do not have internet connection and and landline and the Etisalat is destroying our business.

3rd Call: I did a complaint in the branch for technical error, they said they solve the issue within 48 hours but until now there is no problem solved

4th call: Where is the answer of my complain? Etisalat: There were no complain, do you want to make another one? I fought with them, and the agent said they will send to the concern department.

So I did another complaint.

5th call: where is the resolution for my complaint? Etisalat : your complain was successfully resolved. I fought with them again and they said that the please create another order and will resolve it within 48 hours. Further they told me that one technical guy will visit the company to solve the problem and no one came until now.

6th call: Where is my resolution? Etisalat: We received two many complains from you and we will take it as priority and send to concern department and when we ask the for their technical guy and they said there is no technician assigned today.

If you are not able to resolve this issue within next 48 hours, Please let us know and we want to change this Etisalat to DU

Do you really think this is a respectable service for a big company like Etisalat UAE? All phone calls are recorded. Please have the responsibility and react to this hassle who ever reads this mail.

I really feel sorry for myself and for you.
