Three amounts of £69.95 were taken from my bank account which i have not authorized the names of the company's which appeared on my bank statement where, Purple turtle loans, Orchard loans and MWC loans after a little research it looks like this is one loan company trading under different names, they have took around £210 all together from my account, this has left me overdrawn with the bank and receiving daily charges.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
