PuretalkUSA review: S10 plus sub model canceled

Purchased S10 Plus from Amazon 4 months ago, due to Pure talk dropping all G3 phones. Pure Talk sent a new Sim card and with a phone call to Puretalk the device was activated. It worked fine. No issues. Pure Talk stated S10 phones would be fine. One month ago started to get errors and the phone stopped working except for text and Wifi programs. After hours with working with Tech support They discovered that Pure talk had discontinued Model SM-G975U of the S10+ Even though it was stated S10 + phones that work on At&t network and G4 compatible are designed to work with Pure Talk! Now I am without a phone.

I would suggest they replace the phone with equal or better. As I see this is their oversight.
