I called Pure Talk 2/23 see if they had service in my area, Cooper assured me they did, but could not verify if the phone I had would work with their sim card. Just go ahead and sign up, if it doesn't work, you have 30 days to get a refund. Recieved the sim card (2/28). Spent 2 hours trying to get it activated. Email said your phone is locked. I called Sprint - its not locked. Girl at pure talk hollers, turn it off 15 minutes, if it doesn't connect - your phone is locked. It never did work. I then tried to call to cancel the next day (3/1), but hung up after 47 minutes. Called next day, hung up after 20 minutes. Called today (3/8) waited over 30 minutes to be told I was not entitled a refund. I told Monica that Cooper said I would be. She put in the request and said it would take time to be approved, then 5-7 days to be refunded.. if approved. Why would it say I was not entitled. I changed the next day, and I had to change my number of 15 years. bigger companies will not take a number from these little companies. Aggravating since it had only been 15 hours since I put in the sim card and it never even worked. I do not recommend this company, and their customer service is really lacking when you have to hold almost an hour

Desired outcome: The initial $24.26 and I do not want them to draft that first month for sure. I had the card less than 24 hours
