Cancelled their service. They still took $60 out of my account for the following month. I owed $60 for my phone payoff. I said just keep the money and call it good. They said I was right. Then I get another bill. I call, they said too bad. I owed for a full month of service because the port took a few hours plus the balance of the phone. So $120. Then I said to have a supervisor call me. No one calls, writes, no contact. 2 1/2 months later my phone is blacklisted and I am in collections. I had no idea. I called. Representative says we called. We e mailed. There was no answer. I received nothing. I get voicemails often. No voicemail from them ever. Worst company. Charges for a service not received.
