PUA / Ohio Unemployment review: PUA

In April 2021 I filed for PUA benefits. I verified my work information and my identity. Then, I was advised that I had failed to attach my 2019 taxes and was denied. I appealed this decision because I had literally talked to reps on the phone weekly to verify they had everything, etc. Numerous times I was told by the reps that they saw my uploaded 2019 and 2020 tax documents. I asked them to put a note in my record indicating that all documents had been uploaded, including my tax records for both years. I was advised to upload them again by July 19th (I think this was the date) which I did and asked a rep to verify they saw this info uploaded. They stated they did this. I heard nothing from PUA regarding this appeal so I called PUA again and was advised that I had to respond by the specified date but that PUA had no timelines in which they were to respond to. Its now September and they still have not responded to my appeal. I was told that many of my prior notes are missing - who is deleting records?
This feels like a horrible violation. I had covid. My company shot down over covid. I lost my brother/roomate over covid. I lost my housing and am homeless due to covid and I feel like I was just manipulated and played by the a system which cares nothing about me, my situation, or ethics.
I qualify for PUA and have since April 2021. I have been treated very poorly by the adjudicators, etc of PUA and feel it was unethically managed. Citizens are supposed to be able to trust the system. I received no other funding to help with PUA while so many others did. It took over a year to receive one stimulus check which I filed for on my taxes. I truly believe the management of PUA could care less about individual citizens and manipulated, deleted records that I know were there, and did whatever they could to deny me. You have stolen my belief in our system by disregarding the evidence I provided.

I would like my case to be reviewed. There should be NO missing records. I have spoken to so many reps who personally verified all records were uploaded.
