Proxibid & Motleys Auctionioneer review: Illegally bid us against ourselves

Motleys refused our offer to resolve the matter equitably.

Motleys told us Proxibid was in control the whole time.

Proxibid advised the auctioneer (Motleys) controls the process and dispute resolution.

Somebody is being deceptive

We were high bidder going into the live bid. The live bid started $5.5k below our high pre bid then jumped to $5k above our high pre bid limit. No other bidders participated. The system awarded us the lot at our high pre bid. I believe this constitutes fraud and involves state/municipal assets.

We had similar problems in 2022 with identical items and Proxibid + Motleys.
