Promptness of Pharmacy review: The non-promptness of the pharmacy

On December 28, 2022, I submitted my prescription to a clerk at the Giant Pharmacy located at Old Court Rd., in Pikesville MD. I was told it would be a 30 minute wait. I left the store and I returned to that Pharmacy later that same day at 5:15pm to pickup my prescription. I was informed by a clerk that my prescription was not ready it was being worked on and should take 15 minutes. I returned 20 minutes later and my prescription was still not ready I left the store and wrote this complaint to you.
