Sometime you complain about companies but what we really complain about is the staff running the companies. I am writing to complain about the director of Prologix distribution in Dubai Mr. Aditya Sahaya. I am not sure if he is a crook or a broke. But I really can't figure out why a company send you a quotation for some items to be delivered in a week and it takes three months and when you ask for your money back, he stops answering emails, calls, SMS. When you surprise him with a call from a different number, he answers and he asks who is this! When he recognize me. He says I wll call you right away. Of course : you know the rest he never calls back. In business never deal with liars. Please check his profile in LinkedIn. He seemd nice. But don't be fooled
I am writing to warn people from dealing with such company or people.
Yes, I just processed getting him sued. Personally even if I get 100% refund, I wll not be happy because I feel I lost opportunity plus caused too much heaseche. And these people who I personally think they are just thieves dressed up should be stopped especially Aditya Sahaya of Prologix distribution.
The complaint is valid, they are crooks and have been not only cruel to customers but also to their own employees. Most of employees get terminated before 6 months of work contract, get delayed and reduced salaries from their original compensation, employees get cheated as well. Labour clauses restrict them on not working for other companies. Believe me its got not ethics, no respect, no work culture.
anuj were you thrown out of the company or done illegal act and caught by them? I am in business with them since last 6 years now. nothing of this kind has happened to us.
Its a fraud company and the owners are nothing but crooks. Be fooling employees, clients and the best part is the keep hiring new people every month and terminating employees every day. May be you were lucky or authoritative enough to impose things forcefully. Or likely to be a member of their own family which is the most common thing in the company. They have their own family members or neighbors working. I can write case study on Prologix LLC, Al Quoz Industrial Area 3, Dubai. Full of manipulators. HR department is simply useless. Doesn't know the UAE labour law and formalities and are under learning phase.
Simply Stated: Highly Unprofessional. This company should be banned.

Matter of fact that I have been dealing with Prologix Distribution and I have enjoyed working with Sahaya. Business dealing in my company was finalized last year 2012 and we are entering another tender together with Prologix. They are good on RF technology. Don’t understand why you are having this experience with Him.
Its true, they cheated me too and i stopped dealing with them.
