I'm sorry, but the old adage, you get what you pay for, applies here with portraits at "fast food" places such as Walmart, Picture People etc. They are not trained portrait professionals. Portrait photography is an art. It is not a herd your clients through for $7/unit pictures. Find a suitable portrait photographer in your area, of course you have to be willing to pay for it, and personally, for me at least, those memories are worth the price of a professional, not someone who only knows how to push a button on a preset setting. Then again the bicker was over $.77 so maybe professional photography isn't exactly high on your list of priorities.

1) Call your credit card company.
2) Tell them you want to 'charge back' the charges.
3) Tell them that 'you didnt receive the services you agreed to' and whatever else you are unhappy...they will suggest a few things to say.
4) They will send you something to sign, sign it...send it back.
5) They will credit your account back the entire charge.
6) Merchant will then have to prove that the charge was legit...which they wont.
7) You keep the money.
That will do it...you get your money back.
I filed a law suit against them in small claims court and I got my money back.
Antivirus 2008 pro is a scam, I'm sorry for those who it is to late. There are a few ways to fix the problem, one would be doing it manually and the other is having a real program that will delete it for you.

Your statement that the Marion store is not doing well is false. The store is performing much better than the company trend and is extremely profitable. I also have serious doubts about the amount of money that you say you spend in the store. If the store did not return the merchandise, there was a reason. Shoes are denied return constantly due to evidence of being worn. It's also very difficult to take someone serious who has no idea how to spell or punctuate.
