They got you. You made attempts to call and nothing was resolved. Send them a letter explaining your complaint and send it again until you recieve a response . It's to verifiy you made your best efforts to reslove.
The finacial scam is to get you signed up. It does'nt matter if you never pay. They will just attach it to your credit report and it will never go away. Student loans and medical never fall off your credit report. So twenty years from now it will still be there. And if you ever decided to by a home or anything that has credit involved it will not go away until it is paid. Get it.
I suffered the same events from another school twenty years ago. I received six books, six cassettes and a diploma. I complained to state representatives and they said, "Sorry you graduated." And by the time I filed small claims, they closed their doors and disapppeared. So I got some experience on this one. At 30 years old I had no choice but to pay it.
Schools, I'm guessing, like Kaplan and others have been in front of Congress for doing the same types of scams. I can only suggest you do the same as I tried. Perhaps after writing Kaplan and your state Comgress person, you should file small claims challanging Kaplan. And maybe you'll get some judge to see your side. Good Luck.
Just to let you know I read it and agree.
Two burgers for $3.50 what a deal! What we for got to mention. Small fries $1.50. Small coke $1.50. Total cost $7.05. Ya, we got you on the extras. You can call it pretty, but be careful.
And no one listed at equityflips.com has an active license from the Department of Real estate
Does anyone beyond James Sandison have a license to do any type of business involving mortgages?
USLA Employee,
"Food for thought." I knew I heard that expression somewhere before. Got it. Need Help page 15. It's you good buddy! I thought we lost you. Say, did you ever get that audit done? So you are an employee after all. Now don't try to deny it because your starting to do repeat that real clients please post dribble. How am I? Well I got a call from the Department of Real Estate today denying my complaint. You see it's three years from the origination of the loan to file a complaint pertaining to the loan and it's one year to file a complaint once you discover fraud. But as you can see I wasted that year here with you. No matter the Department of Real Estate only has the authority to take licenses. But then again, I called back explaining in detail my own loan problems and my experience with you. So she said she'll review and get back to me. Also today, I got the feeling that I may receive more statues of limitations answers from others so just to make sure I'm doing all I can I called the FBI today to. The stop fraud.gov website. They said a representative will call back. You see Need Help, it's not that I'm wiped out and lost everything because people are just too greedy to make more of a commission. I know I'll survive. It's all about the financial crimes that ruin lives and cause the victims to go out and commit other crimes in order to survive. Do any of you employees ever think about cause and effect after-wards. Anyway, if and when all becomes true, you had the chance to help the little old lady across the street but instead you beat her down and stole her purse.

7. Barker wrote: "Anyone who doesn't include their real name on the complaint board could very likely be named in one of our lawsuits."
Answer: Yes that is true.
Everybody have a great rest of the night!
Sincerely,
Shane Barker
You see Need Help/ USLA Employee it's you guys all over again re-posting the same comments and as always you are trying to change the subject with illegal aliens. Well if a lawsuit has been filed against gambling bob than what's the hold up on your slander suit. Please! Please! file the suits. Speed up the process and save us the costs and headaches . I'd love to be listed on either one of the suits. Your talking to people that you filed them with lies, stole their savings, and cost them any other possible chances to saving or selling their homes. If Barker set the employees up as independent contractors then I believe your in for a world of hurt having no licenses acting as foreclosure consultants.
Try filing a complaint with the "Department of Corporations."
"Ameriquest" was considered one of the majors in mortgage fraud
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6khYSTqHrqM&videos=XbYpxzc-7dY
JR Taitano was an account executive for Ameriquest between Nov. 2003 and Nov. 2007. The top years of the fraud.
Now he's manager for USLA?
He considers the sub prime mortgage crisis a legacy. Another story. He calls it, " a wild ride."
http://www.linkedin.com/in/loanauditor
I think he could have easily just had said, " Sorry suckers. I'm out of here."
Here's more...
http://www.prweb.com/releases/2010/07/prweb4284954.htm
Last paragraph reads...
"Hundreds of US Loan Auditors customers have gained the leverage they needed
to file lawsuits that have helped some of our clients reduce the principal balance
on their mortgage, lower their interest rates, decrease their monthly required payments,
stop creditor harassment and some clients have even been able to stop foreclosure proceedings.
Of course, the results may vary and are dependent on the facts around an individuals circumstances.
Best of all, an initial consultation is absolutely free."
I wonder how they were to do all that after sending me my audit a month after my home auction?
A little help please. Call the White House and ask President Obama not to sign H.R. 3808" call [protected]

As for USLA, $60 million! They must of really pissed off Jerry Brown when he got wind of the articles such as "USLA applauds Jerry Brown cracking down on phony loan audits."
GOOD NEWS AND A HUGE RELIEF WE GOT THIS FAR!
Thank you everyone and the Departments of Justice.
See ya " NeedHelp". Let me know if you ever got that loan audit. Just Food for Thought.

The A.G.s office did an excellent job, I think, in their description. Thank you Jerry Brown.
By the way did you know President Obamas mortgage has fraud in it.
http://4closurefraud.org/2010/10/10/4closurefraud-exclusive-president-obama-falls-victim-to-chase-robo-signer/
BBB sent a letter stating Laura Soutar said I choose not to go forth with a lawyer. I responded asking, "Then why I would I have two audits done and then choose to foreclose." I concluded saying Laura's statements are nothing more than fabricated and false. Perhaps that's why USLA ended with an F rating.
Palms Springs Victim,
Don't know what stage of loan or foreclosure your in.

Don't know about finding a lawyer. I still haven't gotten one to call back.
Along with Laura Soutar working for Countrywide, let's not forget JR Taitano was a account executive for Ameriquest.
The one who refers to the fraud years as a wild ride.
http://www.linkedin.com/in/loanauditor
If these liars were out to helps us they should have called the business US Loan Confessions.
Uh-oh! Who is Braizer? Another broker gone bad.
How could they not know what was going on. Some of them were working for the banks and lenders writing the so called bad loans.
Sixela,
I was referencing to earlier post demonstrating how USLA employees and owners have previous experience in the financial industry.
Laura Soutar- Underwriter- Countrywide
J.R. Taitano- Accountant executive -Ameriquest
Shane and Jeff- Equityflips and Cashout Options
It's all related- Fraud in the Origination. Fraud in the Servicing. Fraud in the Foreclosure. They all knew.
This video sums it all up. 14 min.

What happens to or what happened with that class action filed before the Jerry brown one?
"Cooper suggested homeowners who believe they are entitled to a refund file a claim with the US Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of California"
We requested refunds. We filed with the BBB and you denied wrong doing. We complained to the A.G. office and USLA gets smacked with a lawsuit. Now Cooper suggests we file another claim. How the heck does he think a refund is going to settle the losses already suffered. If USLA was so sharp to find lawyers to fight the lenders then why are they depending on bankruptcy lawyers to bail them out? It's not actually a question here I'm asking. It's all part of their scam. Suffer a few losses, pay a few fines, and open up shop somewhere else.
And somehow by chance you were linked to here Mr. Hood to defend your website. How is that? Were you Google searching your own name under fraud or scam? Or have you always been here observing posting comments debating when USLA was going to get caught?
You have no intention on using the website yet it's posted for anyone to call you for an audit. But then again it was posted yesterday and now it's not. Why is that? Why'd you take it down? Doing maintenance?
Your should be well aware by now that you need to be registered at the attorney generals office to do any kind of foreclosure consulting in the State of California. Did you register when posting the site? Ten bucks for a domain sounds like peanuts compared to the amount you would have made in audits.
You should realize at least by now that peoples homes and their remaining life savings are gone due to this so called financial crisis. Most of all, when savings and the home is gone the relationship and any future a couple might of had is gone too. So yes, when you post a new service that might be in question. You'd better be thinking that we are pissed and we will be coming after you. Not for ourselves but to make sure your not scamming any other elder, mid age, or any young couple under heavy stress struggling to find help.
ddiner,
Any idea, guess, on how many employees were foreclosed borrowers fighting the cause and how many were in the financial industry such as real estate or ex-mortgage brokers chasing the greed?
YellowBoy AKA Mr. David Hood, I see you post was set at 6 hours 52 min. In accordance with me signing in you woke up at 11:00 a.m. Is this the time you wake up.? It is not slander or libel when you ask a question. My guess is you are David Hood under a new name, but then again, it's only a question not slander. Let me demonstrate libel...
First, the person must prove that the statement was false. Second, that person must prove that the statement caused harm. And, third, they must prove that the statement was made without adequate research into the truthfulness of the statement.
Adequate research would ask did the person opening up an auditing service, via the internet, to assist a person in foreclosure knowingly knew they were suppose to be licensed and registered in the State of California to assist anyone facing foreclosure.
Mr. Yellowboy, with your fake fraud young man statement, I'd like to see you attempt to find a lawyer and spend as much time as I have to find a lawyer to fight mortgage fraud. GOOD LUCK!
Gamblingbob99,
Can not thank you enough for all your efforts and video posts at
http://www.fightbackinsac.com
What I don't see is how your refund is going to resolve your loan problems. But it is your business to decide what is fair and just. Again thank you for all you have done.
Sixela, Foreclosure left me to move to San Diego living on floor in family spare bedroom. I wanted to keep it quiet because I can only imagine the look on USLA's faces when they go to court. I really would love to be there.
YellowBoy, Zero down? No I put $64, 000 down on a principal. Cash out equity to pay off cards? No refinance. I got nothing. Unlike you I trusted. You see, in 2006 I looked for a sweat equity project in which my girl friend and I busted [censor] nights and weekends for two years bringing to par. In fall of 2008 the media announced bad loans. Yes, I called and tried to work with my lender with no response. I hired a mortgage broker who also was a mortgage rescue company and yes he did nothing (I turned him over to the FBI mortgage fraud task force). I then hired an auditor who demonstrated the fraud was in the loan application. We sent a Qualified Written Request to the lender who stated they are the loan servicer and not the originator. We request copies of loan docs from the Title Company who has nothing on file of my loan. My auditor could do no more. I needed a lawyer so I called USLA for help. An employee at USLA told me to go back to my brokers office for a copy of the loan application which was missing from my closing docs. I did go. The loan application had my brokers signature on it and not mine. The income was doubled. This demonstrates how these loans were designed to fail. This is FRAUD. My taxes have always been done by my accountant firm for approx. eight years. My broker had my taxes. I relied on USLA to help. They did nothing but B.S. me past the auction date. I never once got the chance to speak to one of their attorneys. I went to my county D.A.s office and right away she noticed the loan app. was not signed. To date I'm told, she can not get the Title Company to release any documents but there are too many cases ahead of me involving rich people. So she says the state can not afford to deal with a poor boy like me. The Department of Real Estate is still looking into my broker. The Department of Corporations in still looking at my lender.
So if you really need to know me, this all ended badly. I lost my deposit, my savings, home, and the girl I intended to marry and have a child with. It's all gone. Due to financial greedy con artists out to seek a commission off the hard working service people of America-AKA "stupid borrowers". I've got nothing left, so I soon hope if you were a part of it that you'll someday you'll know what it feels like to have everything you wished and worked for be taken away and you to be called a stupid borrower liar.
Thank You LuckyDog1973 and sixela.
YellowBoy ask the questions so he got got the truth.
lsmith68,
Lawsuits already filed. File your complaint at:
http://ag.ca.gov/consumers/general.php
All part of the scam
The best we can hope for now is an employee to find bankruptcy fraud and report it.
http://www.justice.gov/ust/eo/fraud/index.htm
US Loan Auditors filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization on Dec. 2 in the Eastern District of California in Sacramento, listing less than $50, 000 in assets and between $50, 000 and $100, 000 in debt.
A negative in profit for pushing paper and lies. I don't believe it.
