Gosh, is that what you get for making a complaint? Insults from jydijasmith?! Did you get a refund?
Here is the complaint that I made to Vistaprint on 12/02/12, and I have not received any satisfaction regarding my complaint:
I regard the retention of the money that I paid for this months subscription as unlawfully kept money because you have taken my money and not provided the services and products promised and are in violation of the Trading standards Act of 1982. Any conversation with your service team would be fruitless and futile. I notice that site activity has been turned off yet again today. Most functions of the website have been interfered with from the start of my paying for my subscription. I would like a refund of my money £14.24 x 7 please. This is because you have effectively stolen from me, and caused detriment to my business and personal distress. I would like you to release my IPS tag to UK Host. I do not expect to pay you for the release of my tag in the circumstances. If you will not release my tag then I am asking for the full amount that I have paidVistaprint in total x 7, as you have wasted my time and taken my money unlawfully, not providing a proper service, and created greatinconveniencee. I have bought business cards and products which relate to my domain name, and Vistaprint have acted unlawfully, and hindered me in the development of my website I refuse to pay you a further penny. Of course I would have been happy to continue with Vistaprint with the domain name which I was given the impression that I already own. However, Vistaprint have messed me about big time, and I have paid already for my domain name with UK host. If I am not satisfied with your response I will be taking matters further.

Beyond this I have asked for the contact details of Lori Holt, the director of customer benefits for Vistaprint. I was informed on the 13/02/12 that if I were to phone theVistaprint number I would be able to speak to Lori Holt. I have only just phoned this number today, as I have been so daunted by the whole affair. It transpires that Lori Holt is not contactable through this service number, and never has been. I have been refused Lori Holt's contact details yet again, and have had to request that the service team get in touch with Lori Holt to give me these details him/ herself.
YES: I have also been asking the same question: what are Lori Holt's contact details? Does anyone know? I have been ripped off too.
Vistaprint have ripped me off. I have paid for business cards, invitation cards, and a web-site with Vistaprint. From day one of receiving my subscription for the web-site I have been messed around. I am waiting for a refund for all my monies paid, with compensation.
Perhaps Google could update their systems to reflect the true title of my complaint. Sadly I made a mistake when making this complaint, and it read as though I was making a complaint about myself. This has been corrected for some time now.
I have made several postings on here regarding the company Vistaprint. I have a small business called Andrea Hudson Piano. My first complaint was made on 20/03/12 and was entitled: "RIPPPED OFF: Unlawful retention of my money". However, as I am new to this complaints procedure, and have been under much duress from the company Vistaprint, I mistakenly listed my own business as the subject of complaint. It seems that Google have immediately picked up on my mistake and taken advantage of it. The afore-mentioned complaint appears at the top of the first search page for Andrea Hudson Piano. I of course realized my mistake immediately, and have taken measures to edit my post, which have been in place for some time now. They do not seem to have been so quick to list the website relating to my business, Andrea Hudson Piano, which has been republished by Vistaprint without my permission. However, Google seems to be very slow in updating their systems, to reflect the true subject of complaint and title of my post, giving a detrimental and false impression about my business. I would like Google to correct this error as soon as possible- least they themselves give the impression of deliberate malice and collaboration with Vistaprint.

Yes, I can spell, and all sorts. Wow- what a rapid resonse! Site was also bookmarked on my phone. I also notice, that by some marvellous miracle, I can now view my site on my mobile, and also view the video on You tube. Thank you anyway.

I guess you are one and the same, as you have answered my original question to Janker in the same tems as my question: "care to"...As you seem to be trying to help me out, could you also tell me why the appearance of my website looks very different to me, on my desktop computer, than it does to others who are viewing the same thing?
The wierdest thing. I decided to look at my website through windows explorer instead, and I noticed that something really strange was happening indeed. Soemthing on there was starting to be undone and all these lines started appearing. I deleted all these lines, and then returned to Mozilla firefox to view my site. I started removing all those strange gaps that have been present between my videos. Then I viewed my site and it was back to normal. That is, apart from the fact that my videos were still all out of synch. with the sound. So of course, I tried to rectify all the tampering that has been done with my site and reload these videos. Then more strange things started happening, and I was unable to get the required result. However, I think I have some kind of result here, and it is proved that things are definitely are very amiss. I think that quite a few people are responsible in this situation, and that Vistaprint definitely are not without blame for allowing this.
Is that the best you can come up with bloved? Expletives, and put downs! Did you all have to call a meeting to come out with that? Talk about cyber -bullying; picking on a piano teacher with a broken arm who is just trying to make a living. I don't even want to post on here. Why don't you just stop interfering with me and let me live and make a living? you are starting to show yourselves up. Thank you Deezil.
So what are you trying to say Paul Vance? the Op is a classic internet stupid person?! You don't seem to be a very nice person and you don't even make sense. If you are working for the above companies you are not even taking a responsible position, and are in fact are appearing to be rather spiteful. Obviously I am pretty bright as I have managed to undo some of the underhand stuff that has been done to me. I really think that you are making yourself look rather silly.
Also Janker, I have to say that you have taken completely the wrong tack. Really you should be trying to make yourself, and the company you secretly represent, look good and give the appearance of being helpful; instead of completely and outrageously mean. Gosh, who voted down the comment I made that including my reference to a broken arm? That person must be a complete horror.
I have become increasingly fed up with the message coming up on my phone that says, I have the wrong password or username, and that I cannot send or receive mail. This is happening on a very regular basis. I of course do have the right password and username, and am able to retrieve and send mail on my desktop. I am not happy about this as I have a contract which includes being able to use this service. I believe that Vodaphone have a responsibility towards me to make the necessary correction themselves, and speak to the party involved who facilitate mail to my phone, instead of offering to "help" me delete my e-mail account, reset it up, do a network settings reset, etc, etc... All of this is very time consuming and should be of course completely unecessary. In fact, it has proved itself to be unecessary on previous occasion, when I have refused to do a reset, and threatened termination of my contract. I am waiting on a call presently from a person in senior management who is supposed to be contacting me about this great inconvenience. Please no comments from any classic internets thugs who are actually violating terms of use for the complaints board, and being abusive. Thank you.

Janker/Paul Vance: I have checked out some of your other posts, and I see that you have made some really disgraceful comments. You violate the terms of conduct for the complaints board all over the place; the term "classic internet thug" (CIT) comes to mind. The question is are you just a classic internet thug, or are you a classic internet thug for hire? And why is it that the named companies do not care to exonerate themselves, or be more helpful? And bloved, for your information I have now cancelled my subscription with Vistaprint, and my website is down.

However, since placing my complaint, I have noticed that I can now get my mail and send it. My sent mail, however has disappeared.
^ I am not really very interested in your petty spitefulness. I want to hear from the big boys, and for them to explain their actions. I think that they thought my site was quite good before they messed with it, and they were visiting it all the time. I've had loads of views, actually from many diverse places. I do not know if posting on here is actually good for business actually, but I am standing up for myself any which way I can.
Who is "we" and how would you know whether the big boys visit my site or not. Just as I thought you must be a CITFR ( classic Internet thug for hire) or you must actually be one of them.
The only other possible conclusion I can draw from your posts, both here and elsewhere, is that you are a SIC (spite infused crazy) with nothing better to do.
I am noticing that even right now on my mobile, when I try to visit page 2 of this complaint, that I am unable to view it, the page is showing up as white, and the
Title for the page is "Untitled". The search engine I am using is google.
