1. People have to read. Private property means that the owner reserves the right to do as they please. At compusa there are signs that state that you will be towed if you're not actively shopping at compusa. I shop at compusa and I do think its unfair when there are people borrowing the parking lot for other purposes when I want to shop there and there is no parking.
2. What this woman is doing is Defamation/Slander. By law she can be sued. If I was a lawyer I'd jump on this case for a win. This whole email blog is evidence.
3. The fight is not with Compusa. It's with the towing company.
Well I can tell you from my research that Corri Tanner's direct number is [protected] or [protected] is her cell phone. She is the VP of Customer Service (but is VERY rude to customers).
I was abused by her team and then when I spoke to her was surprised to hear that she seemed to have a very dismissive attitude towards customers until I also mentioned a chargeback with my credit card, and contacting the Board of Directors.
I did not receive a full refund, but was able to get some of my money back, even though I was charged again and again even after I received an email confirmation of my account cancellation! Hopefully the charges have stopped!
The bank and the Attorney General in your state seem to be the best way of handling this company. For a company that claims to be so above board they certainly seem scared to attract the attention of anyone in power! I can only wonder if the owner knows how his VP is treating his customers! Its companies like this that put the good internet businesses to shame!
I would suggest that you also take a look at the other posting on here, it has alot of info about Onlingos parent company Syndero, and thier contact info.
I had a similar situation with this company and after threatening them with my local Attorney Generals office here in Florida, the BBB, and filing a chargeback with my bank they finally agreed to refund my money.
I would suggest that you dont stop with the CSR's, demand a supervisor or manager and if they still wont help you demand to go higher. All the names are on the Syndero web site of thier Board of Directors along with the founders of the company Brad Klaus and the VP of Customer Service listed as Corri Tanner.
In my dealings I was able to get a direct number to her which is [protected] and [protected]. I also found thier email addresses listed as ctanner@syndero.com and bklaus@syndero.com.
I hope that this helps you! They cannot continue to get away with scamming peoples money!
I would suggest that you also take a look at the other posting on here, it has alot of info about triclear's parent company Syndero, and thier contact info along with thier other products Onlingo, Dermitage, Internet Career Kit, and whatever else they are hiding behind.

Once I contacted Ms. Tanner she seemed willing to do anything to stop me from contacting the Board of Directors about the service (or lack there of) which I recevied from her department. She agreed to refund my account in full for 3 months worth of products and cancelled any further attempts to my card.
I hope that this helps you! They cannot continue to get away with scamming peoples money!

I agree, they have a shady recruitment process. Fortunately, I was able to spot their trick with salary figures before I joined and backed out. They, then blamed me of reneging !
I can tell you from experience that the only way to deal with this company is to dispute the charges with your credit card company!
I also got some direct phone numbers...thier parent company is Syndero located in San Francisco. You can speak with thier CEO Brad Klaus and explain the poor service you have received from his so called CS dept. I also found the name of thier VP of "Customer Service" Corri Tanner on thier web site, however he is never available and I was told by "Merredeth" that he does not speak to customers--EVER! Wow...what service Mr. Tanner! I did get his personal email as well as Brad which are ctanner and bklaus @syndero.com...
I hope you can all get some help this way! Please help get the word out!

best thing to do is call your credit card/bank and tell them that it is a fraudulent charge, they will reverse the charge. meanwhile keep the product they keep sending - don't even contact them. believe me, they are trying to screw you - so don't help them - just keep the product they keep sending and keep calling your card company every month. usually after 2 or 3 months the charges stop or your bank will want to issue you a new card with a new number that they cannot use. again, deal with your bank/credit card company only, not the video company.
Everyone -
This school is NOT SANCTIONED by the California BPPVE. Eric Choi (fronted now by Peter) for years has pulled out all the stops to avoid complying with California law regarding secondary education. They would love to throw him in jail, but for whatever reason have not been able to as of yet. I thought for sure that encouraging employees at ICTP to take out fradulent education loans in their own names would do it, but evidently not.
The fact of the matter is - if this was a legitmate school, they would try and conform to California regulations regarding secondary education. Instead, they call classes "seminars", etc.
Stay away.
I believe your statement regarding taking things down is BS, you let people even defame the dead
This scam is getting smarter - they are now using the company name: Deltasol Group SA with a website http://www.deltasolgroup.com/contactus.htm and an @deltasol.com email address instead of the @yahoo.com The HR Manager's name has also been changed to Dr. Abbas Hamza. Beware! Many of the names on the "Leadership" page have been taken from a legitimate company - Bechtel Corp.
So just by paying what they allegedly owe you, you arrive at a conclusion that it is not fraudulent? Do you not think that perhaps the money they paid to you are actually the fees of other writers who had been deprived of it? What makes an organization fraudulent is its non compliance with law, its deception of others, its non payment of fees to other writers. . .
