If it is within the allowed return policy for the store. Return it to the store and either get a refund for it or get a new one if you want.
I assume you got the letter in the mail today about the Digital Network Upgrade.

So you want to watch Crappy SD on your brand new HDTVs? That makes sense.

If she allowed your son to take the chocolate bar, she would have been fired and the cashier is not going to lose their job for a chocolate bar that is only a dollar. .

Taking a product from the store and not paying for it is stealing and the cashier is not going to lose their job for a chocolate bar that is only a dollar.

It is your job as a parent to tell your son no and to put it back.

3 year old that cries. Don't they all cry when they don't get what they want?

Walmart is company that worries about making money like any other business. If the cashier gives your son a chocolate bar, she has to give every kid a chocolate bar so now that one dollar chocolate bar becomes the 400 dollar chocolate bar. Where I work, which is not Walmart. Daily, I see kids cry because they don't get what they want. The person who says no, was never the cashier, it is always the parent as the parent was doing their job by parenting.

I love kids.

When you say "rescued", you really mean, you took them home without paying for them.
You are not allowed to do this. Once they are not available to be sold to the public, and they are either thrown out or put in where damaged items go depending on the item and store policy.
It is against store policy and it is stealing which is a fire-able offense.

It also depends on how long you waited before you returned the equipment. If it is past the 30 days or whatever is in the contract, then they were right to charge the Early Termination Fee.
Did you try their chat?
As you stated. She was new. So either she was not trained properly or because she was still new, she needs time to get use to doing sandwiches. Some people, don't get the hang of things on day one. It takes time.

Also. if Kroger has an union or Georgia is a state that people can't be fired without reason. Not properly trained or lazy is not a reason for getting fired.

As The Fact Police asked. "Why would a free lunch not help?"
So you drove 8 hours for Black Friday as per Kroger thread or you drove 15 hours from your profile location for Black Friday.
So you eliminated the 8 hour drive but did not eliminated the 15 hour Black Friday drive from Tilden, Nebraska to Maysville, Kentucky.

Did you contact them regarding them sending the wrong item?

It is not bait and switch if they send the wrong item. Bait and Switch is when they advertise something and then not have it in store but offer something else that is more expensive.

Purolator does not leave notices in apartment/condo buildings. It makes no sense but that is how they do it.

What I do, is contact Purolator. Have them leave the package at their depot. So I can go to pick it up with the print Puralotor page that has the tracking number on it..

The employee is correct. It is for allergies. Just because it has no peanuts in it does not mean that people can't be allergic to other things. People can be lactose intolerant which is in cheese and they can also be allergic to wheat which is in the crackers plus other ingredients. What if your son was lactose intolerant and had the cheese and then started to throw up so afterwards. Then what?
so = soon
You are using the Race card again without any facts just speculation. No, the demo person always gets permission by a parent if the child is too young, no matter what race they are. An 8 or 9 year old won't remember if they are lactose intolerant or is allergic to wheat. Their parent would. As I already asked. What if your son was lactose intolerant and had the cheese and then started to throw up soon afterwards. Then what?

After you gave permission for your son to have a sample. Did he get the sample?
I do know how to read and I am not a ###. The person that doesn't know how to read is you. That is good that he is able to remember if he is allergic to something. Most 8 and 9 year old children do not remember if they are allergic to something. That is why, children under 14, the demo person must ask the parent if it is ok if the child can have a sample. This has nothing to do if the child is black, white, brown or yellow.

As I already asked and you still haven't answered my question. What if your son was lactose intolerant and had the cheese and then started to throw up soon afterwards. Then what?

The OP is complaining that Fox pre=empted House and Alcatraz so they can show the Daytona 500 which was originally scheduled for Sunday but was cancelled due to the weather.

Fox is required to show the Daytona 500 as they paid big bucks to show it. House and Alcatraz will be shown at later dates. According to my Shaw guide. The same episode will be shown on March 10th. Also, the West Coast Fox also has it scheduled for later on tonight. Hopefully it will be shown if the race is over.

The other Fox Sports channels already have live programming which they are obligated to show live. The Fox Network is also obligated to show the Daytona 500 live in it's entirety. Nascar is big money and Fox gets more money through advertising Nascar than their shows like House or Alcatraz.

All Networks pre-empt shows over live sporting events that have been re-scheduled and those networks are obligated to show those live sporting events.

If you really want to watch House or Alcatraz now, you can watch it online at either Fox's site or a Hulu.com
And you took it back to the store that you bought it for a refund or an exchange right?
