After you notified Window World Corporate of this issue the Columbia franchise was contacted. The franchise owner advised every effort is being made with the manufacturer to have your windows shipped as expeditiously as possible.

Your continued patience, and efforts to work directly with the Columbia franchise, is greatly appreciated.
