CAVEAT TO MY COMMENTS TOWARDS OTHER MEMBERS HERE CONCERNING TANZANITE: WHEN YOU BUY CHEAP TANZANITE EXPECT TO BE DISAPPOINTED! I DON'T BUY, PROMOTE NOR SELL "POOR QUALITY" DIAMONDS, COLORED GEMSTONES, OR JEWELRY.

EVERYONE STOP LISTENING TO MEN OR WOMEN WHO ARE NOT A "GRADUATE GEMOLOGIST" NOR A "CERTIFIED JEWELRY APPRAISER." YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR WHEN YOU GO AFTER A SO CALLED "DEAL" IN THE JEWELRY INDUSTRY. THESE JEWELRY STORES ARE FILLED WITH UN-EDUCATED FAKE JEWELERS WORKING BEHIND THE COUNTER TRYING TO GET YOUR MONEY, THEY CAN'T TELL YOU ANYTHING ABOUT THE JEWELRY YOU'RE TRYING TO BUY WITHOUT GOING TO GET ANOTHER SALES ASSOCIATE TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS.

I'M GOING TO CONTINUE MY EFFORTS TO BRING THE HARD TRUTH TO THIS SITE, AND I'M GOING TO BE IN YOUR FACES WITH MY DIRECT ANSWERS TO YOUR COMPLAINTS, AND IF YOU DON'T LIKE WHAT I SAY HERE, DON'T POST YOUR COMPLAINTS BECAUSE I AM GOING TO COMMENT ON ANY COMPLAINT I PLEASE HERE. SO PUT YOUR HELMETS ON IF YOU'RE VULNERABLE TO MY VERBAL ATTACKS ON SCAMMERS! LOL!
ANOTHER BIT OF ADVICE FOR THE OTHER MEMBERS ON THE COLOR TREATMENT OF TANZANITE BECAUSE ITS' COLOR IS HEAT TREATED:

Very briefly, when tanzanite is mined, it is almost always grayish or brownish. Once in awhile a "rough" will come out purple or blue, but for those that don't, heat treatment is there. This treatment brings out the beautiful blues and purples tanzanite is becoming so famous for. You need not worry about this. The treatment is permanent, therefore totally acceptable. Heated stones sell for the same price as untreated ones. I just thought you'd like to know that the practice exists so when a jeweler tells you about it, you won't be caught off guard. You can also use this as a good test for any unknown jeweler. Ask him if his tanzanite has been heat-treated. If he says no, you might want to consider another dealer. If he says yes, you not only have an honest jeweler, you probably will have won new respect from him and he will treat you accordingly.

HOW HARD IS TANZANITE YOU ASK?

Tanzanite has a Mohs hardness of 6.5 to 7.0 and is considered durable enough to be worn in practically any type of jewelry. As with any jewelry that is worn, it should be cared for. Tanzanite will scratch more easily than sapphire or diamond and should not be exposed to harsh chemicals and ultra-sonic cleaning.

OH I LOVE BEING A "GRADUATE GEMOLOGIST" THAT CAN EDUCATE AND INFORM OTHERS WHO NEED TO KNOW THE TRUTH ABOUT THE JEWELRY & GEMSTONE INDUSTRY!
STAY AWAY FROM "DEAL" DIAMONDS, TANZANITE, & JEWELRY PEOPLE THERE'S NO SUCH THING AS DEALS ON "QUALITY JEWELRY & GEMSTONES." I SUGGEST YOU PAY FOR THE QUALITY YOU EXPECT TO OWN WHEN IT COMES TO FINE JEWELRY AND PRECIOUS COLORED GEMSTONES INCLUDING DIAMONDS.

STOP LOOKING FOR "DEALS" AND SPEND MORE TIME LOOKING FOR "QUALITY" THEN PAY THE FAIR MARKET PRICE FOR IT, IF YOU WANT TO OWN "QUALITY."

@ "BUZTER" LOL, LOL! you have me crying laughing at your comment! i truly hope Jared's is not doing business in this manner? if so POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS OF JARED'S BE WARNED!

Stay away. Company sells itself as one thing but definately is not what it portrays. Jared is owned by Sterling Inc. they own Jb Robinson and Kaye also. Their MO is to trap potential buyers in the malls. Those who have more money buy at Jared. Jared prides themselves on offering jewelry to a higher brow customer than their ugly cousins. If you think they treat the customers bad, do a little inquiring on their staffs, you'll find they move thier management teams and associates around like a baseball order. Demotes and Promotes strickly based on how much credit they can suck out of you, and sales #'s. Look at your local stores you'll find 4-5 management changes in just the last 5 years. I as a former DM even sat in on a meeting where I was told put the time into your stores, it doesnt matter that little Timmy has a game or Mary has a recital, GET THE SALES. We were also told the recession and homeloss has nothing to do with jewelry sales. Meaning those poor souls never had the money to spend anyways. Jared is happy when they get a $20000 credit approval than a $10000 sale. I guess all I am saying is they dont treat their (family) employees very well, why should a customer expect more? My concience is now clear so make your own decision!

From the content of your posts, you're only here to SPAM the site. Virtually every post is an ad for your "business". Even the post above mine... did you post anything helpful or just try to drum up business? (Rhetorical question).

As for your humble request for respect, respect is earned, not given, and you've done nothing to earn mine with your spam.

On a side note, couldn't you get someone to hold the camera phone for you? Oh, and the Milli Vanilli look went out with the 80s.

Hello to you i'm James The Jeweler in Atlanta, Ga and i'm a "REAL" ONLINE JEWELER HERE.

Let me first tell you that your ring has "NICKLE" in it as an ALLOY to help make it appear as white gold, that's why you're having an ALLERGIC REACTION to it. The Shane Co. should've disclosed this info to you at the time of sale, but i see they didn't. I don't sell any NICKLE ALLOY jewelry due to the very fact that some people are ALLERGIC to NICKLE.

I would love to introduce you to PALLADIUM which is a member of the PLATINUM family but it's priced within the same parameter as 14kt white gold, but it's far superior to gold due to the fact PALLADIUM is 30 times as rare as gold, PALLADIUM is a "NATURALLY WHITE PRECIOUS METAL" and PALLADIUM is HYPO-ALLERGENIC.

If you'd like to contact me feel free to do so at: jamesthejeweler@yahoo.com or by phone: [protected]

Hello i'm James The Jeweler in Atlanta, Ga and i read your complaint and the first thing i notice was the web address you're posting here for this company as BLUEFAKES.COM

Now i as a jeweler want to ask you, did you really think you were buying a AUTHENTIC ROLEX that has 18KT YELLOW GOLD on it for $765? and if you did, you should be ashamed of yourself!

No Submariner Rolex is EVER going to be the price of $765 not even in stainless steel.

You can call who you like but in my opinion you went to a website called BLUEFAKES.COM and right from the door they're saying to customers we sell FAKES! so where's the scam on their part? i don't see any scams, what i do see is you thinking you could get a REAL 18KT YELLOW GOLD & STAINLESS STEEL SUBMARINER ROLEX FOR $765 which is never going to happen in your lifetime nor mines.

Everyone i'm a REAL ONLINE PERSONAL JEWELER who DOES NOT SELL REPLICA JEWELRY due to the fact that i feel it's important to give my customers the real deal when it comes to their jewelry purchases.

If you love REPLICA JEWELRY that's fine with me, but don't get mad at the company you bought it from once you see the poor quality and workmanship of it. You get what you pay for and that's such a true statement to make.

I sell as well as promote the ZABLE LINE OF CHARM BEAD JEWELRY on my jewelry webstore, ZABLE jewelry is true 950 STERLING SILVER not plated silver in any way. ZABLE BEADS are of excellent quality as well.

If you'd like to see my line of ZABLE STERLING SILVER BRACELETS AND BEADS feel free to visit the link below to get there.

MARTINNORTH2: Replica means FAKE so you can say what you like but a REPLICA is NOT the true item it's a KNOCKOFF of it.

Just because you had a good experience with your FAKE BREITLING WATCH doesn't mean it's a real one. DO NOT TELL OTHERS HERE THAT THIS COMPANY IS NOT SELLING FAKES BECAUSE THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT THEY'RE DOING.
NevershoppingatKayJewelers: here's the corporate headquarters address for you if you'd like to contact them:

I hope this info helps you out and if you have any questions for me feel free to ask them.

KOBICLEO: In the future DO NOT purchase any solitaire diamonds that are UNCERTIFIED and to let you know HEARTS ON FIRE DIAMONDS do have discounts BUT not for the jewelry consumer.

I'm a REAL ONLINE PERSONAL JEWELRY DESIGNER, JEWELRY BROKER, AND JEWELRY CONSULTANT who's also a GRADUATE GEMOLOGIST.

I'm glad you were able to get a refund of your purchase because you were certainly entitled to one due to the FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION that was made by the jewelry salesperson and you.

I don't sell UNCERTIFIED DIAMONDS over 1/2ct because i feel when my online customers want a single diamond 1/2ct and larger they want to be assured they're getting what they pay for, and i like to make sure they do by selling them GIA, EGL, or AGS CERTIFIED DIAMONDS.

I hope this comment helps you out and if you have any questions for me feel free to contact me.

Thank You!

FROGLOVER: GEMSTV should've informed their viewers of the millimeter size of the earrings they were selling, and they're now using the deceptive practice of YOU DIDN'T ENCLOSE THE SALES TAGS WITH YOUR RETURN in order for them to not be liable to you or refund your money.

It's unfortunate that this happened to you, and in the future make sure you get the measurements of you earring purchases before you make the decision to order them.

I'm a REAL ONLINE PERSONAL JEWELRY DESIGNER, JEWELRY BROKER, AND JEWELRY CONSULTANT AS WELL AS A GRADUATE GEMOLOGIST.

I hope this comment helps you out, and if you have any questions for me feel free to ask them.

YUMARN: This one of the very reasons i've decided to STOP ACCEPTING CREDIT & DEBIT CARDS due to the fact that there's no real paper trail or any real way to find out who has your money after you've spent it with them.

I now ask my online customers to ONLY USE EITHER BANK WIRE TRANSFERS, MONEY ORDERS, PERSONAL OR BUSINESS CHECKS so that you know who exactly has spent your money. When you use paper forms of payment NEVER mail your payments to a P.O. Box always mail your payments to a physical street address that you can look up on google maps to see where your payment's suppose to go.

You can also contact the post office, Fedex, or UPS to find out if the address you have to send your payment to is a physical street address and if it's not DO NOT MAIL YOUR PAYMENT. When someone receives your payment it can be verified as to where it was cashed or deposited so you can get any video of the person who cashed your money order or check.

When you do BANK WIRE TRANSFERS the bank to where your money's going will give the police all of the contact info of the recipient who's supposed to receive your money once you've filed a police report with the police department and they can go arrest the person who was to receive your money in the event you don't get your order.

I'm a REAL ONLINE PERSONAL JEWELRY DESIGNER, JEWELRY BROKER, AND JEWELRY CONSULTANT AS WELL AS A GRADUATE GEMOLOGIST.

I try to teach my online customers how to be careful when it comes to their money and their jewelry purchases, should you have any questions for me feel free to contact me. I hope this comment has helped you in some way.

Thank You!

It seems to me this company is as FAKE AS ITS BUSINESS NAME?

Everyone before you spend your money with ONLINE JEWELRY WEBSITES MAKE SURE THEY HAVE A CONTACT PHONE NUMBER NOT JUST AN EMAIL ADDRESS AND IF THEY DON'T HAVE A PHONE NUMBER THAT YOU CAN CALL IN ADVANCE "DO NOT" SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM.

If you had purchased your earrings from my jewelry webstore and this had happened to you i would've just REPLACED THE EARRINGS.

I'm very glad that i don't sell POOR QUALITY JEWELRY OR GEMSTONES because it's sickening to me to read that other ALLEGED JEWELERS, JEWELRY STORE WEBSITES, OR JEWELRY STORES are doing this to their customers and they're not even trying to make their situation better with their customers.
