Don't you people READ what you're signing up for?
The website clearly states:

" at the end of your 14 day trial period you will be charged the discounted rate of only seventy eight dollars and eighty one cents for the bottle you received and you will be enrolled in our convenient Home Delivery Plan. Approximately 30 days from your original order date and every 30 days thereafter, you will be sent a new monthly supply of Pure Acai Berry Pro and your credit card on file will be billed seventy eight dollars and eighty one cents plus $4.99 shipping and handling"

Now, if you're gullible enough to believe some berries are going to counteract all the crap you've been shoveling into your pie-holes over the years, you should be banned from the internet
So Jacob, I see you've mastered copy/paste!
Good boy!

Unplug the computer
Pack it up
Forget you own it
You're just not capable of operating it.
That's not an insult, just a fact of life.
You could always pay your bills.
Just a thought

The mere fact that you're posting this here, tells me that you don't even realize you've about to be charged $80...again and again and again.

"I was forced to buy it before I had my Vonage phone system equipment."You were? Unless there was a gun to your head, you were NOT forced.

"they refused to let me cancel the service." Did you read your contract? I suspect not.

"So I just stop paying them". Oh that's a bright idea... that always works!

"A few months later some lawyer who buys their collections send me a letter wanted $1100" Guess that wasn't a good idea after all.

"They actually want me to pay for 3 years of service that I never had and never worked." Again, that pesky contract thing again.

Man you're really NOT ready for prime time.

Oh yes, it MUST be because they're RACIST.
We white people are always looking for new ways to hold you down. On the great white email list, we came up with the brilliant idea of using AAMCO to do it!
Success!

I bought an 8 Track player at a garage sale and now K-Tel doesn't sell 8 Track tapes on TV anymore! Watch out for the Smith's at 123 Main St, they stuck me with an 8 Track player I can't buy tapes for!

Seriously, why would you buy something that required specialized media in the first place?

Secondly, it's not Hitachi's fault another company stopped making the discs you need. Obviously there isn't much of a market for them or they'd still be available.

Besides, that model is 6 years old now. Everything becomes obsolete.

Sears along with the majority of other companies, charges "book time" for labor. The manufacturer tells them how long a repair should take and how much to charge for it.
If "book time" on a job is 1 hour and the rate is $100/hr, and the technician completes it in 30 minutes, you'd be charged $100 and the company comes out ahead.

If on the other hand, it takes the technician 2 hours to complete the same job, you're still charged $100 and the company "loses".

You could have replaced the pump yourself.
If you don't know how OR don't "have the time" or otherwise just didn't want to bother, than the technician's time and expertise were worth it.

Yes and no.

Yes you are stupid for thinking some palm berries are going to solve all your problems. Don't you think that if they actually offered some benefit the major drug companies would be using and marketing them? Answer... no, you didn't think at all.

You weren't "ripped off", you just never bothered to read the terms that are *clearly* posted on the website. A continuance of the stupidity demonstrated above.
