Read what ur signing, and if u can judje any rental car company based on reviews from stupid peole like you you will be walking next time ###.
Correct...no driver fee in California at all...even if u add 10 drivers.
One thin i noticed is that none of u people purchased any of the rental car coverage...if you think that you are covered by your own insurance or your "credit card" 100% then turn the claim to them...after all that's why we have insurance. Why wait and call and wait and call and end up in collection (good luck fixing that ) buy their insurance or use yours.
Suppose u rent a car and it get damage regardless of fault, if that car goes to a collision facility to be fixed for 2 weeks, the renter is still responsible for that time until the car get fixed...i used to work at collision 1, most insurance company if not all do not cover that...also u r still responsible to pay ur deductible up in front whenever a claim is submited to ur ins company, not to mention it will be on ur record and they will raise or cancel ur premium. So for them to tell u your covered and it's a scam that is incorrect my friend. Try to make a claim and see what will happen and what's ur out of pocket expense.
I wouldn't rent u a bike without a major credit card...so why would Alamo give you a 20k car wih no security ? Or just beacuse your credit crippled they should feel bad for u ?
First of all it is common sence that the rental day is 24 hrs...the rental car company did not call u to make a reservation...u called them so u should know what time to pick up and return...if u pass u time ...u will pay.
with hotwire you bid by the day not the week...second when u got sik and had to change ur airline ticket did the airline charge u a change fee ? They did...and third if u had a reservation for a car and it wasn't available beacuse someone who suppose to return it did not wouldn't u raise hell and ask for extra discount and all ht other crap because ur car is not there ...is the car rental company or hotwire suppose to cover that discount for the other customer who have a reservation and no car now...pay for the car and stop ###.
if ur not happy with the company and u call the credit card to dispute charges then why to u get upst when they blacklist u and on top ur crying that u want to re-establish yor relation with Avis...they dont want ur buisness so stop crying.
I also see 3 issues in your rental...1) how can u bury $150.00 in the tax line if the whole cost was $48.00 per day. 2) read what u sign ...the rep did not book your car ...u did. 3) i will leave that blank for the other readers to measure ur IQ.

So after u did the reservation and input your name and dates, car size and pick up location u noticed that you (own input) was incorrect and you doon't want to pay for the extra day ? Should the airline also wait for u if u are stuck and trafic and late 45 minutes...give me a @#$#@# break...wake up and smell the hummos.
So u spend $6000 on rental car a year...know what u want but never read the contract...until u return the car..complain about waiting in line like ur the only travler to vegas...ant to top it u drove 35 miles in 4 days ? All this to get $87.00...let's see which rental car company fits ur kind...None take a yellow cab next time..35 miles in 4 day !

I just recently finished my modification with Wachovia, i did start in November, it took a while because they r really backed up, not everything that i was told every time i called was givin to me example 2% for life turned to 2%b for the first 5 years only, 6th year is 3%, 7the year is 4% and 8the year till 34the year is 5%...it was still much better than my intrest only loan and they also took of 18% off my principal but they did keep in touch with me...i wish u the best.

Drive it back to the dealer ...park it and give them the key get something in writing that they have the car or just video tape it or have a witness with you...be patient and wait ..don't call them they will be calling you propably the sales person or his manager...tell them you don't want the car anymore and that you will be buying a toyota yaris or similar...im pretty much sure the GM of the dealership will be calling you to solve the issue.
