I appreciate EWinkler's attempt to provide other members with My Time Rewards contact information so that their issues can be resolved. However, the phone number that was provided in EWinkler's comment is one of our supervisor's private lines. While she would be happy to assist any member, she is not always available on her private line due to her other responsibilities and works limited days/hours so you will not get an immediate response. In addition, you will have to pay for the phone call since it is not a free telephone number.
Instead, for your convenience, please telephone our Customer Service team at [protected]. This is a free phone manned by a team of customer service representatives who will respond to your telephone call quickly and who will handle your request immediately. They are available Monday through Friday 8am to 8pm and on Saturday from 9am to 4pm. Alternatively, you can also email our Customer Service team at customerservice@mytimerewards.co.uk.
