I ordered the gloss too, and I called my credit card company and I had to fill out paper work to tell them exactly what you said, , , They credited my account for the 51.98 and shipping and handling, then I copied a few of the complaint letters from this sight, and sent it to my credit card. All credit card companies should protect the consumer from companies like that one. Mine did, so I urge you to contact your credit card company, and file a complaint.
I read over agreement and it said you can order a sample of their product for 1.99, with out joining any club or anything about sending you the full amount at any time for more money. I ordered the sample for 1.99. about 8 hours later I get a call from the company saying because I ordered the sample I am in their club and they will be sending me the full kit for 60.00 something dollars. I said at that point to cancel my sample and not to send me the kit. I'm studying law so I know my rights. They sent it any way without a return address. I waited a week to call my credit card, I had to go out of town, but when I did, my credit card said they had billed me 3 times under different names.One name was Health cleanse and they billed me twice at 79.95 and the other name is ultifresh, and they billed me 87.62. my credit card said they have a lot of complaints about the company and that is why they changed their name. My credit card credited me back all the charges, and I need to fill out the paper work about the company. It is your right that all credit card companies should protect you from fraudulent consumers. I urge everyone that this happens to, to always get your credit card involved so this frauds can't keep ripping people off. So many times people think it's to much trouble to do something about it, but it is not, Your credit card provides the service to protect YOU.
My name is Piper88 and I just posted my complaint about dazzle white. I'm studying law and I know my rights. Our credit cards provide the protection against these fraudulent companies, all you do is call and file a complaint, and they will credit your account. If you used a ATM card, it would still be considered stealing if they are debiting your account, your bank has to refund all the money. Just make sure you send back the products. With my situation they sent me one box of teeth whitener and billed me 3 times under different names, but my credit card company has had so many complaints they new the different names was dazzle white. I urge everyone to call your credit cards and get your money back. It doesn't take a lot of time to do it, and the more people who stand up for themselves and get their money back, we can stop all the fraudulent sales...Good Luck To Everyone*****
If the above comment doesn't work, call your credit card company and they will reimburse your money. Tell them they sent you the wrong product, and they won't respond to you, and you want your money back and you are or already have sent back what they sent you. All credit cards have the protection service, and it doesn't take long a all to get your money back. .. I hope that helps.
