Safeway seems to suck everywhere. The one in Hayward, CA on Jackson Street is a craphole with employees that could give a crap. Management doesn't care and doesn't even respond at all to complaints.
One example is they had the submarine sandwich on sale for 5.99 the other week. I go there to get one and I find the ones in the already-made-case all have super stale bread (like a rock). I ask the deli clerk if they'll make me a fresh one and she says that if she does, she has to charge me 10.99
The company is probably fake any way. They sucker kids into going door to door with a sob story, dropping them off in a van, then picking them up later. I'm surprised the kids didn't come back to rob you on top of everything else.
what is a spriet, or a small frie unstead? Did you mean to say they had a condensation about you or that there was conversation on the windows of the restaurant? Sorry, it's all too hard to understand
Men, with their secret societies and e-mail clubs. They're as bad as women, with their gossip circles and hen-pecking sessions, bring down all those that don't adhere to their idea of a perfect world. And animals, don't get me started with the animals
Sounds like another wonderful Burger King (of Crap) day. I think a LOT of these places have just given up. You'd think with unemployment so high, we'd get a better caliber of employee, or at least not some ###ed ghetto a-hole that never learned manners or anything else at home (even English). As you said, the managers don't even care. My local BK on Hesperian Rd., Hayward, CA didn't even answer their phone when I called to complain my order was wrong.
I haven't seen a better example of true mental-deficiency than what you get at the Burger King counter.

Burger King sucks. it's a faceless organization that has no quality, customer service, or integrity. you can't complain because there's no one to complain to. Target's the same way, you can't even ask to speak to the manager any more. And people wonder why people on the news are losing it and going into places with guns blazing. It 's the only way they feel that they actually have some control.
