The hole you describe is normal. It is there to let the water out which accumulates in the muffler from condensation as it cools down after the motor is shut off. In the warmer month you see it as water dripping in the winter you see it as white smoke which is water vapor similar to a tea pot boiling. They put the hole there so the water comes out and doesn't rust out the muffler and pipes. Most cars have this hole.

call your credit card company. they can stop any order.
sounds to me that you didn't give them enough notice that you were moving. It can take several days or even a week of business days to get a credit. You should have kept the card open. You should get your money eventually.

Don't worry, the planet has survived for millions of years and it will continue to thrive.
I am not making excuses for people to idle their vehicles but some have reasons. maybe they have a medical reason like asthma, heart problems or severe allergy's. The inside of a vehicle can get to over 100 degrees in the summer and it can be very stressful on some people. Most people are responsible. Diesel trucks are supposed to idle after highway use to allow the motor to cool down, it makes them more efficient as the miles build up.
Maybe the government should go after folks like you who can't find something better to occupy their time, always watching what other people do.
Have you ever seen the movie nineteen eight four?
By the way a recently AL Gore was speaking down south ( he makes millions of dollars a year in speaking fees using his private jet to get around) and a local TV station found two of his private limos parked around the back idling.

I worked for a company selling Dish and Direct tv tens years ago. They are like franchises, they sell the program and get a cut of the first years contract. Cell phone and alarm store business's work the same way. I also sold ADT home alarm systems. It might take the store a month to get paid but you shouldn't have to wait that long to get your commission. When the company ( ADT Dish etc:) accepts the contract then the deal is done.
I recommend you contact your state labor dept, a employer can't hold back or not pay you for any reason. Any employer who treats you like this deserves to get investigated, it will be the last time they try to screw employees. If you don't do anything they will try the same thing on another employee.

the fee is for monitoring your credit file, its not free. if you want a really free credit report go here. There is no charge fro the report unless you want your actual credit score then its a few dollars one time. you can only get it once a year. I have been using it for years with no problems.

From reading this complaint it sounds like the burner or controls are the problem, not the boiler. All a boiler is an iron casting assembly with water holes for circulation. If the controls don't maintain the correct pressure and water level the boiler can be damaged. I have had A Peerless for 25 years. The few problems I have had were exasperated by poorly trained repairman and used replacement parts. Many boil of places put in new boilers but the controls are remanufactured parts like circulators thermostats usually are not new. That's how the repair company makes money. Always insist on new replacement parts. Companies of famous for using rebuilt stuff and charging new part prices.
Many companies use repairmen that just got out of school with little experience.
