Who gave you or how you came into possession of the unit. Ideally get a proof of purchase or date of purchase so we can assist you properly. Include the video and step by step of what you are doing and what you see on the unit. We will try to assist you.
We re sorry you had this experience with the basket. The instructions do state that you should not tip the basket over because the fry tray may come out. The fry tray sits inside the basket and is not locked in place.
