I had no idea that there were differences in service, depending on whether you walk in or not. Every customer deserves fresh food, no matter which way they order their food.
And if attitude is the key, then there shouldn't have been any issue. I'm always polite and courteous towards everyone.
It was rude of you to bring it up to the carhop. You knew the price. You could have asked how many tots came in it. That's your responsibility, not the carhop's, not Sonic's. The carhop does not magically control the prices. There is nothing a little entry-level wageslave can do about the price of something in a huge corporation. If you want to actually do something about it, then call corporate, or vote with your dollars.
$2.50 is about 20 cents a tot. If that's too much for you, then you don't have to buy it.
Goodwill is the worst place to work. I tend to take complaints about workplaces with a grain of salt, since it's the most whiny people who are the loudest, but it really is the worst place. Never work for this company. Never.
Anita, it's not Charity. Any money going into Goodwill goes straight into Goodwill CEO pockets. They're just a money making company hiding under the guise of a charity. They're very good at maintaining their image.
When I worked for them, oftentimes the managers would tell me that I needed to only give out store credit instead of refunds, so that goodwill retains as much money as possible. Shop local thrift stores. Avoid Goodwill.
Like Optimist, I was also a hanger at Goodwill. The place I worked in was horrible, caked in dust and rat infested. Goodwill is the worst place to work, avoid it at all costs.
First of all, movies are not installed. They're a file that is stored on the hard drive.
Second of all, there is nothing wrong with the device. Some prankster put porn on your new computer, it's not really that big of a deal. The computer still works, and there's nothing faulty with it, so you aren't deserving of a refund of replacement. All you need to do is delete the file and stop making everyone else in the work miserable.

It wasn't discrimination. There probably wasn't someone who could accept the call in an Arabic language because of language limitations. As I'm sure you know, the most commonly spoken language in the US is English, and Pizza Hut is a US based company. So, it's more likely to find someone who speaks English than anything else. There is nothing discriminatory or racist about this, as a language can't be racist. No matter what language you use, you can let Pizza Hut know that something bad happened. Seeing as you wrote this, you were in no way hampered by their inability to find an Arabic language speaker on that first call. This is like me calling Pizza Hut and complaining that they didn't have a Russian option.

Did you expect the employees to get out their fly catching nets or something? Every Wendy's comes equipped with a door, you can enter and exit the building through the door. Lots of customers seem to forget that.
If a place looks unhealthy to eat in, don't eat there. That ought to be common sense.
