This man had every right to lodge his complaint about poor service and bad food. The amount of money involved is irrelevant. If I went to a fast food restaurant, or any other type of restaurant for that matter, I expect to get decent food. You don't have to like hot dogs to appreciate the fact that his food was of poor quality. I sympathize with him, and so would you if he had recieved a bad case of food poisoning. The fact that the personnel were either smoking dope or had improper training, should have been addressed to the manager. Every one of these fast food joints are a franchise and have hanging in their stores a framed posting where you may call and complain about the quality of food served. Their franchise license may be taken from them if they do not produce the quality expected of them if too many complaints are lodged.
Next time, take a moment to find that info and report them to the proper people.
EXCUSE ME BUT, RACISM DOES STILL EXIST IN THE USA, especially in some of the southern states. For some reason, these people have yet to evolve into mature, intelligent human beings.
I am not a minority, but I cannot tolerate the use of racial slurs. What difference does it make the color of a person's skin? Don't we all have the same color blood? Those of you with a lack of understanding of this will eventually come back (reincarnated) as a minority, the very ones you looked down on while alive.
Personally, I'd love to see that. What a fitting punishment that would be.

The next time you order from them let them know up front that the pizzas need to be as advertised or you will refuse the order. Or, you can take a look at them before paying and see if they are to your liking. If not, send them back, but don't expect them to do business with you in the future.
I agree that they should honor their advertising. I don't like being cheated either. However, a lack of continued business will hurt them more than anything. If you believe it to be a matter of false advertising there are other things you can do to make them compliant. Reporting them to the proper authorities may be your best bet.
..."Needless to say 45 min. later, I finally received my order."
Your fiest mistake was paying for the order before receiving it. Your second mistake was waiting an additional 45 minutes. It should not take 45 minutes to bake a pizza. You should have been at the counter demanding to know where your order was after waiting no longer than 15 minutes. After waiting 45 minutes you should have asked for a refund and walked out.
I realize not everything is as black and white as it sounds. But remember that in most cases it only takes them 30 minutes to deliver a pizza to your door. If it takes them that long while in store, they need a new manager and you need a new pizza place.

Boycott that Pizza Hut and they may get better. Or, they may go out of business. Either way, they will be doing you a favor.
Always check out the salad bar before ordering salad.
