Your first family vacation and you went cheap. Now you know better. Next time, spring $10 more dollars per night and stay at the Holiday Inn.
The UPS Store is a retail location, which is a franchise. UPS is not. Next time, google UPS and go to the corporate store.
Your POA is invalid as it automatically expired upon the death of the person who issued it. All creditors and person's who are owed money must now converse with the executor of the estate. If that is not you, then legally, no one can even speak to you, not even the bank. You need to find out who the executor is and defer all tasks to them, or file with probate court to be made executor by a judge.
I am confused as to how the bank even spoke to you after the death unless you were on the account. Legally, they can not.
And yet, I bet you eat grapes at the grocery store while shopping and never think twice about it.
People really need to educate themselves on the word UNETHICAL.
What you should be doing is pulling your credit to see if you are a victim of identity theft. Instead of blaming the creditor, who also may have been defrauded, you should be working with them since they too are a victim. There is absolutely nothing unethical about collecting a debt. It is unethical of you to ignore this issue and pretend it does not exist.
The point is you do not know if the lettuce is prewashed. Most grocery stores sell prewashed produce.
So there were only 7 people in 3 seats on this plane? Your complaint does not make sense. No entertainment...were there monitors but not in service. Or was your plane one without entertainment? They can not produce what they do not offer. Which is not bad service. And economy plus is not first class honey.
Expired vitamins, like nearly every drug, do not become toxic after the date stamped on them. They just begin to lose their effectiveness, at a rate of 10% per year. In reality, you could take expired drugs until the bottle is empty and not suffer any ill effects other than having to double your dose. This information is available online.
As for not getting your dosage, vitamins are not narcotics.
Wrong. Customer service is to always tell the customer what they want to hear. You wanted to hear her say they should have washed it, so she said it. When in fact, she, as the waitress, has no idea whether the kitchen person did wash it or not since kitchen work is not a waitress job.
Was it Anucort HC 25mg? The average cash price is $125 for those. Every pharmacy has their cheap and their expensive. What one pharmacy sells for $12 another will sell for $100. What one gives for free another will charge $25. It is called a free market. Publix gives you antibiotics and Metformin for free, Walmart does not. That does not mean that Publix also gets them for free. It means they have a cheap hook to get you in so that you will fill your most costly scripts with them, and they eat the cost of the 'cheapies'. Every pharmacy does this.
If you have a supplemental insurance with your Medicare, then you will pay the same no matter what pharmacy you use.
It was nice of her to do a return for something you bought way out of their return policy. TJ Maxx will not be so lenient.
So because she was helping someone else you felt she should have ditched them to help you and she is awful? Look in the mirror honey.
What do you mean changed the dose and they can't get it? I am not understanding this issue. What dose did you have and what did he change it to?
Every gas station has this same policy.
Sounds like you are overfilling your wash tub.
She ran away to find the customer's information and you still act like like you can't understand the customer she was helping came first. As for her tone, what tone? People get too caught up in claiming abuse from someone's tone. I have people all the time butting in when I am on the phone helping a customer, like they can not see me already in a conversation, or butting in when I am talking to a human, like they can not see I am talking. People these days are plain rude with absolutely no manners. You obviously were not willing to wait your turn or you would not be here complaining about it.
Three words: Bad check fraud. That is why it is legal. Asking for your account number, DL number, and purchase amount are reasonable questions. You did know the account number, and the purchase amount because you stood at the register with the check and heard her tell you how much you owed.
Would you rather they not check someone thoroughly and your plane blow up? People always complain about the security until a plane falls from the sky, then they complain that there was not enough security. Frisk me baby, and everyone else on MY plane.
No one here told anyone not to cash your check.
Every single cashier at every single store in this country will tell you how much you owe even if you are shoving your money/check/card in their face. Honestly, if you are shoving a check at someone before they even tell you how much you owe, you are being rude. And it does not matter how many times you have given a check to the same cashier, she does not clear your checks. The check verifying company does. No matter how many checks you write, eventually you get caught in the net. Answer their questions, and get out of the net. Or come here and look like a dunce for complaining then refusing to cooperate.
Sometimes, you have to wait. They explained the issue, but you expected, what? That they get on their knees and beg forgiveness? Your explanation was your apology. Get over it. You got a free meal for God's sake and still you are here moaning about it.
What do you consider rude? I find it hard to believe everyone you spoke to was rude. Most people equate not getting their way as being rude.
Start by explaining why you got the NSF charge to begin with. You spent more than you had, you get fees.
Not every retailer retains receipt copies. It is not their responsibility to keep up with your stuff.
You confuse common sense and the word NO with having no brains and being heartless. It is not heartless to tell you NO and it is not having no brains to tell you to keep up with your own property. Please do them a favor, and shop somewhere else. Or better yet, shop online. As for your manager boss, he also has a boss. I want to see this episode air. I also want to see you control where your friends shop.
Why would you feel like a thief for them saying someone had tampered with the price tags? Did they say you tampered with it? You would only feel like a thief if you had done it. As for confirming with the employee about honoring it the manager already said no. The employee has no authority to override the manager. Just accept that a customer was being dishonest and move on. Everywhere you can think of to shop has had someone screw up pricing. If you stop shopping everywhere that has errors you will have nowhere to shop.
