Sounds like there is more to the story here. How do you know her full name? If you were not there then you do not know what really happened and children are notorious for acting up in malls and lieing to mommy about it.

If 30 minutes early ruined your entire day, then you failed to plan very good. If you had to pack up your shoot and leave to finish it, then that 30 minutes would not have mattered as you would not have been finished when they got there if they were on time.
If they run out of your medication then that is because you take the same common drug that thousands of other people take. It happens.
It is not poison. It just won't work as well. I have taken expired medications for years. Every medication has a date on ONLY because federal law says it must, . It does not become toxic. it just loses it's efficiency at a rate of about 10% per year.

One, common medications run out faster. Two, just because you were the only one in line does not mean all those ahead of you, in the drive thru and phoned in scripts don't come first.

They are probably stuck in customs. Call the US customs office and check on it. Anytime you order anything outside this country it goes through customs before you get it. When dealing with medications, the rules are stricter. And don't say you have done it before. You can do it a thousand times and still one time get tagged by customs.

I don't blame your waitress for not understanding. I have no idea what you mean by grit bowl with less grits than normal...What does that mean? And what WH sells beacon? A beacon is something used for direction. It is not edible. And bacon is salty. Next time, cook at home and spare those poor people your presence.

You sound like an 84 year old with too much money and not enough sense. You dictated that he not do his job and advise you of fluctuating markets and how your investment can be impacted by these things, and yet got mad at your broker for the market doing just that. You should keep your money under your mattress if you can not understand how investments work. You are not guaranteed a profit. No one is. You are also not going to get a refund.
Why did you go to start with? I bet it was not with the intention of investing. I bet you, like most everyone else, wanted the tablet and gift card.

It is an aircraft and people pay premiums for window seats. If you needed a window seat for your poor sick dad, you should have paid the $15 when you booked for it. If you can afford to fly overseas to see a doctor you can afford to pay for the window seat.
Storms are not something an airline can control. And you were not abandoned . You were transported to another airport. You complain about being subjected to turbulence. Again, not something that an airline can control. It is not a pothole on the highway that can be filled in. Imagine, had you Delays happen when flying. If you can not plan to give yourself time for delays then you should not fly in my opinion.
First off, no company has anything to do with your friend having cancer and whether he will die from it. Second, H&R Block only files your taxes. They do not control the IRS. The instant refund only applies to tax payers who the IRS does not flag. There is no way for them to know ahead of time if the IRS is going to need to hold the return. That is between you and the IRS.
PetSmart opens at 10 on Sunday, just like the sign on the door says.
There is no approval code. The check has to clear the system electronically. If it doesn't then Certegy has to clear it on their end.

Since a cancelled flight means no money for the airline, I can promise you they do not cancel flights just for the heck of it. There is always a reason: weather, too few passengers, aircraft faults, etc. It sucks to be sure. But giving you an alternative flight is what they are required to do, and they did that.

Something we have always done when planning a vacations: we never plan tours or shows or any paid activity the day of, or day after. our estimated arrival. You always have to give yourself time for unexpected events.

Your flight leaves at 9:30, you are in the bar at 9:02? Seriously? Your plane had already began it's final boarding, and would be locking the doors in about 5 minutes getting ready for preflight check. You should have been in your seat, not at a bar.

How many responses do you think they get? How many customers do you think they have? Put the phone on speaker and hold til it is your turn.

It is astonishing how many people do not understand the definition of the word: unethical.
If you, the spouse, never removed your deceased husband's name from the power account, then that is your fault. The account is in both your names, so therefore the refund check will also be. What you can do, is contact your bank and ask them how to cash the check. Most likely, all you need is the proof of you being the executor of the estate as well as a copy of his death certificate.
50 feet or 15000 feet it is the same process. The pole has to be uprooted, moved, a new hold dug, and reset. They also have to disconnect the power, the lies and situate them. The fee includes not only those things, but also the inconvenience to the other customers who may be without power while that happens. They also have to pay the wages to the crew who will dig, move, and resit the pole, as well as the power crew who will be dealing with the lines. It ain't cheap.
They certainly should not have returned them to the shelf, but it could have been an innocent error. The person doing the return is not the dairy associate, so the dairy person may not have known the item had been opened. Aside from that, neither container looks like you 'tasted it and spat it back in'. It looks like you ate half of each.

Not sure of the law in Australia, but here you can not return opened tobacco.

I always find it amusing how people think they can control whether someone shops somewhere. So he gave you a blank stare. Who introduces themselves to a store manager anyway? I don't care who works where. I go to the store to buy my stuff, not make friends.

They do provide service in a timely fashion to those who are on the phone waiting their turn before you. People complain about the price of the service. People never understand the price reflects the payroll of people working there. More people means more payroll which means higher prices. Like I said...wait your turn.

Most people can not read the date on a label. Did it say EXPIRE or did it say BEST BY or BOTTLE DATE? Or was there just a bunch of random numbers that you were assuming were the expiration dates? What are CC's?
